Granted Scot Mendelson's 715 lb bench is 45 lbs more then this the fact that Big Al pauses for so long is what amazes me. If you watch Scot's video it is a touch and go lift. If this guys stays healthy the record is his for the taking. Amazing strength

A loose t-shirt, no elbow-wraps, no spotting to finish, & a pause: This is the best SHWBP since Big Jim Williams in 1972. Screw the numbers, this is the best living bench-presser.
