I think it is amazing that Justin and the band has used Justin's struggles to let other people know it is ok and that there is no shame in getting help. He has said in many interviews that he want's to take away the stigma associated with mental illness that keep people from getting help and that makes them suffer alone or ultimately harm themselves.

As a huge Blue October fan, and a small anaysis of this album, it definately has elements of Justin's fatherhood in it. Look at Blue Does, Blue Skies, Graceful Dancing*. For every pit, there's a mountain. This was a very happy song. It's a very good song, yet it is still pessimistic.
