If the West is really interested in human rights, why hasn't the West questioned the integrity of the US justice system where 44% of the inmates condemned to death are blacks, while they ONLY consist 10% of the US population?

Rightful is an accurate word and does not need to be put in quotes. Let's say Mober that your white kind are more intelligent than blacks. You have larger brains and this lets you farm more efficiently, therefore whites shoud have 99% of the land. What happens if a bunch of e.g.Japanese rock up to Africa.
