  • Very cool! I passed through there from Pensacola, FL and played a show on the drums with a band called Buttermilk. I remember hanging out all day before the show playing chess, reading books and playing funky drums for sale on the second floor. I also took a sink-shower in the bathroom of the Shoney's right near by. They sent in the manager on duty, but I really wasn't making them much of a mess.

    Anyway, I had a great time at Java Gaia.
