  • God Bless ya Mike. Peace be with you.

  • The Kentucky Viper Militia is currently involved in a brutal gangland style war of turf and ideology with the Kentucky Cobra Militia, the Farley Flats Outriders and the Southern Alliance Militia Brotherhood. This war is the reason so many of our brothers are in the ground or behind bars. But we will never stop fighting until every last one of the enemy is dead or incarcerated.

  • I agree the message is not clear, but it was an interesting opening segment from the perspective of these former commanders. I look forward to the rest of the series

  • This does seem to be a little feel-good sanitized images of war. I'm not quite sure what the message here is.

  • News channels aren't supposed to have "a message." This is how pathetic news coverage has become, people think their is supposed to be a message. An expose is not supposed to be an editorial.

  • All news channels should have a message, whether that message is to relate (hopefully )information on war, peace, the economy, etc. This piece, put out by Al Jazeera gives mixed messages. The beginning graphics suggest something on war, but then the narrator proceeds to present a series of anticdotes as told by his "buddies." This presents a narrative that is less about war and more about feeling good. So the title and the actual content pull in two directions.

  • "My Class of 2000" is the first part of a six part special, running for six week. Just because one segment in this series is displaying one perspective of war, does not mean that the rest of the series will portray the same perspective.

  • Do you need some one to tell you what to believe? you can't make up your own mind after hearing the facts?

  • Ever heard of analysis?

  • Yes, your own words, All news channels should have a message News are facts and opinion/analysis is your belief/ thoughts. A good reporter, reports who, what, were, when and then leaves the why for the Audience to determine.

  • Obviously, you've never written an essay, given a speech, or read a book. No good reporter just presents a grab-bag of factoids and then calls it a day. Good reporting needs analysis because the truth is that it takes someone who really knows what they're talking about to connect the dots correctly, or even, select the right information in the first place.

  • All i know is that this war is pathetic its the new vietnam, its destroyed the economy, its still leaching it off, its costing lives, put the guns in the hands of angry men to kill these evil "towelheads" you wanna take care of the iraquies why not take care of your own poeple i say this to the soldiers and to the goverment why cause this is the new vietnam we wanna pretend we're so pure and great i hope bush rots in hell

  • Obama war now. More Dieing Afganistan than here......Yes, I do mean here!! The media tells you nothing. Have you heard the Iraqs are begging for american troop back in the cities? you know why? The IP are shaking down the people, and not protecting them from the bombers. thats news from the front lines!!!!!

  • and what can america do for them? we have our own problems.

  • I don't understand how people can take pride in going to another country, armed to the teeth, and justify it by thinking they are the good guys. Every side thinks they are the good guys, but in the end, through this macho bullshit, it is innocent people that are slaughtered.

  • true i cant stand all this bullcrap the us doesnt really have a right to be there any more. in the beggining it just made sense because if they didnt invade somewhere the american people would be so angry. but to keep people there for almost 6 years is just pointless

  • I understand what you are saying, and I guess politicians at times need to "feed" or "stroke" the masses to keep them happy, so the politicians positions are not jeopardized. But I just don't get how people can not feel any empathy, I mean for crying out loud....what if it was a huge muslim army coming to America, saying they were trying to spread freedom, and their form of justice and democracy? Nobody in the U.S. would like it, so why not give the other side the same empathy benefit?

  • Idoits, might makes right! read some history!

  • I dont even known what you are talking about, maybe you should read some english books, study some, and then comment on my comment, because your english is the absolute disgrace. I just went to your website, I mean seriously, if you are 41 years old, a "aniti-islamist" (whatever that means) and are working for Intel, then Intel is going out of business with close minded engineers like that,I'm sorry.

  • Your talk is cheap, the Iraqs are begging use to come back in to the cities now. How do I know this? Because I am hear now on my seconded deployment....stay on you fat ass and think you know whats going on. I am right in the middle of the shit.
