Just get a stereo pedal and plug one of the outputs into the input of the first pedal in your chain, simple as that.

Overdrive-

Tube Screamer. or i own a Hardwire Tube Overdrive and it is surprisingly fantastic for the price, and very versatile with True Bypass - $100

Compressor-Boss CS3 $90- find a mod kit and ask someone to modify it for you and it will sound like a Kelley

Delay- Boss makes a solid DD7 $150

Reverb- you can add Reverb for that Pink Floyd "eerie" sound with some taste. Boss RV5 $150

You can find all these things on eBay for a total under $400.
