I don't think there is anything you can do doe be off a playlist. A playlist is when someone is watching videos, they can put those videos into a "list" and add as many to this list as they want. Then when the time comes they want to play it. It will play all these videos in order video after video until all have been played. This is automatic. What i think happened here is that someone found this playlist (they are public or private) and your video was in that list and not like it.
