...I'll never forget those days of going out there, chilling while the guys fished or went scuba diving for whatever we'd have for lunch, coming back to swim/hot tub at the harbor, and then go out to Quincy St. for ribs!!!

Ooohh, Channel Islands Harbor, huh? That's where my grandfather had his cruiser. But of all the times I'd gone on his boat, I have no memory of him ever using his sails. He'd always used the motor when taking us out to Anacapa or Santa Cruz Islands. Only Monday did I get for the very first time a taste of what sailing is REALLY like! I went sailing in the SF Bay since I live in Sacramento now.
