  • SHUT UP YOU FREAKIN NUTJOBS WITH YOU STUPID BITCHING....I WANTED TO READ INTERESTING COMMENTS...NOT YOUR POINTLESS STUPID TROLLING CRAP

  • awsome plane

    well done boeing!!

  • Airtran!!!!

  • @VibrationPack What made me laugh most of all was that LottoLoser (or Baldrick to those wishing an alternative) insisted that "hell will freeze over before AA buys Airbus again". Has to be a classic quote from the imbecile, right? Airbus having taken the lion's share of the order he now sidetracks the issue, bleating that AA have leased, not bought the a/c. You gotta laugh at the idiot. I wonder how he'll feel if SWA decide to replace their ageing 737's with A320neos. Boeing are in trouble.

  • @VibrationPack LottoLoser is a spent force, devoid of ideas and relying on his library of pre-prepared trash, the copied & amended comments of others and general nonsense in a pathetic attempt to make his point. You can imagine his few braincells churning over how to prove Boeing are doing better right now by inventing his own "virtual reality" using lies, fictitious facts, figures & press reports. His beloved Boeing are lost in Airbus's wake at the moment, a reality too painful to bear.

  • @VibrationPack LottoLoser is nothing more than a welfare waster, pedalling a "unique take" on how Boeing are "just the best at everything". With the intellect of a newt, he's easily trashed by anyone with a passing interest in aviation. Not only that, the guy's a serial liar and generally miserable excuse for the human race. Claims to be ex USAF(Vietnam) in the mid 60s yet in another video says he was a pilot with the RAF for 25yrs. Tis why everyone laughs their asses off at his stupidity.

  • @VibrationPack you´re such a stupid bastard!

You´re spamming nearly EVERY SINGLE Airbus/Boeing video

GET A LIFE! People are using these aircrafts in real world... not on youtube

Get over it that Boeing is market leader at the moment... this makes Airbus achievments any smaller

  • Can Airfaggers be fair + watch "ACI - China Airlines Flight 006 " this about pilot error + B-747 that endured 5GS of gravitational pull in a flat spin from 42,000 feet + recovered at 18,000 feet, flew home + landed safely. Talk about air-frames please watch "Airbus A380 Flutter Test" + A380 came close to 1G pull, there was a loud bang in the airframe + after emergency landing the A380s main spar was twisted, almost collapsed + A380 came close to crashing + thats the best reason to fly Boeing!

  • 747-8 Intercontinental is one funky ass bird.love it!!!

  • BOACMach2 says Crikey Mates I was a patriotic Brit, test pilot 4 her Majestys RAF + Airbus for 25 years. What do I know about flying? Crikey mate I fall in luv with bloody Nancy? When alls lost, Nazis owned Europe, Huns had us Brits by R balls, who liberated France? The Yanks,my Gramps was shot in the ass retreating, had best medical care N US Army Hospital. Gramps said Yanks fed French children, gave them medical care. Thats why Gramps + I became proud Americans + Boeing airplanes R the best!

  • BOACMach2 U don't give a crap about those ppl and the only thing U care about is your "Precious Airbus" and your just like Golum with his "precious ring". Any other manufacturer would ground the A330 until its fixed but Boac-Golum2 believes nothing can be wrong with his "Precious A330" which Airfags tried to foist off on the USAF as a tanker. BOAC-GOLUM2 your a liar that refuses to accept the truth about your "Your Precious" + defective Pitot Tube are the same ones on your "Precious A380"!

  • @LottoWinner999 Truth hurts doesn't it Loserboy! While you waste your pitiful existence hurling insults, I provide verifiable facts. The funniest thing of all is watching you squirm as you get hit, left right and centre. So punch drunk are you that all you can do now is utter senseless babble. How many people are kicking your ass on the aviation front now..6..8? You're completely stuffed and all the time, the gap between Airbus and lame Boeing grows and grows. Facts don't lie. NLRB Rules..LOL!

  • @BOACMach2 is a foppish pissant glutton for taking it up the rear, he's a squiming worm dodging his fate the hook a typical self-loathing Brit with an excuse for his every mistake. He claims he was a test pilot in RAF when hes nothing but a shirker his Daddy got shot in butt retreating from surrendering Germans. He loves lickin shit off French boots while he's happy to be the assistant Airbus Sanitation Engineer who licks A380 toilet bowls till his tongue turns green with envy of Boeing 787.

  • @LottoWinner999 Ha ha ha!!..Loser is getting his ass trashed everywhere I look. What a pathetic excuse for a human being you are! Devoid of a brain and ideas and going south, just like your beloved Boeing. Airbus will trounce Boeing at the Paris Air Show. You guys should focus on how you're going to stop the NLRB from bankrupting Boeing. What an irony, being put out of business by your own workforce..LOL! No wonder the likes of ANA, Air New Zealand and Air India are claiming $5B in compensation

  • @BOACMach2 In 5 short months after Boeing 747-8 hit the market Boeing has sold 116 B747-8's and that has robbed Airbus of those sales. Since 2007 Airbus has sold a mere 241 A380's + has only delivered 51 of them + there 2 years behind. This is going to make impossible for tha A380 to break even + sales + cash flow will dry up.The A380 White Elepahnt will be discontiued because it can't make a profit. A350-Delay-Liner will not arrive until 2017 + how much penalty will they pay for A380 + A350?

  • @LottoWinner999 Your facts are wrong as usual Dan. Old lady 747 has been available for purchase since May 06. Lufthansa ordered 20 in Dec 06 (heavily discounted) The lame bird went for 3 years without a sale till Korean ordered 5 in Dec 09. China Airlines are getting 5 for FREE as part of a bartering arrangement between the US & Chinese Governments. At the PAS, Boeing have "secured" 17 sales from 2 "undisclosed" buyers, meaning under discussion. May 06-Jun 11=5years..not a few months. Numpty!

  • @BOACMach2 U know whats going to happen to your precious Airfags A380? Every Boeing 747-8I sale drives a nail N2 the "A380 Coffin making it impossible for A380 to break even let alone your fantasy of making a profit. No corporation can afford to build a plane that loses money. not one A380 was sold at the PAS. The 747-8I lands at all Airports and Airlines won't buy the increased fuel, landing fees + special hangers, how embarrsing A380 pilot broke the wing B4 the PAS. Airbus A380 is Doomed!

  • @LottoWinner999 Sorry to disappoint you (again) numpty, but Hong Kong Airlines are the "undisclosed" purchaser of the A380. Skymark of Japan have also increased their initial order.

Even better is the news that the museum piece 737 has been well and truly put to shame by the several hundred orders from the likes of Air Asia, IndiGo Air, GoAir, GECAS, LAN, Republic Air...the list goes on and on. Comment from Reuters: "Boeing have been trounced in terms of volume of sales".

  • @LottoWinner999 Reports are that Boeing execs are running around like headless chickens, not knowing how to counter the A320neo's phenomenal sales at the PAS. They were warned they would lose customers if they didn't commit to a re-design of the 737. Now AA are talking to Airbus about an order for 100 A320neos to replace their old 737s. This just better and better and Randy Tinseth of Boeing was seen visibly upset at the end of the Show as Airbus execs drank their champagne. NLRB to win at court

  • @BOACMach2 U like to about losers + let me remind U Britain would be enslaved by the Nazis if the USA did not save your limey puckered anus during WW2. Boeing B-17 Bombers reduced Germany to rubble in daylight bombing. U Brits bombed at night cuz your yellow shit cowards. Germany crushed Britain + France at Dunkirk and U Limesy blamed the French for your defeat at Dunkirk. Thats the British way screw + badmouth your allies. We should have let Germany defeat Brtian cuz your just as bad as Nazis.

  • @BOACMach2 Boeing’s 747-8 Intercontinental added insult to injury won 19 orders as Airbus’s superjumbo came away empty-handed. Qatar Airways, as well as secret commitments for 17 747-8 Intercontinentals. Placed by two undisclosed customers, combined deals are valued at $5.4billion at list prices. Aeroflot ordered eight large 777-300ER jets at the Paris air Show. Boeing 747-8 sales reached 133 + those sales drive the nails in on Airbus A380s coffin. To bad for A380 which will be discontinued.

  • @LottoWinner999 Ha ha ha!!...Another pack of lies. Qatar have no intention of buying a 2nd rate 747 when Emirates, Etihad and BA operate the A380. 747-8I (ie passenger version) remain a very poor 2nd behind A380 244. Lufthansa already fly A380s and have said their 747-8Is will be used on less prestigious routes. Korean Air, who get their 2nd A380 this month said the same. The only disclosed airline not flying A380 is China Airlines & that is because the US owes China $B. The 747s were bartered.

  • @BOACMach2 Hey I finally have you nick-name and from this day on you will be known as BOACMach2 AKA Airbus-Nazi-卐! Every one will call you Fuhrer . BOACMach2 AKA Airbus-Nazi-卐!

BTW do U wipe your mouth after U take a shit?

  • France most advanced in aeronuatics? What a fucking joke, during WW2 the French Air Force Motto was "We Surrender First". Airbus have become the Copy Cat of Boeing Aircraft. Ur planes are joke + U did not build a commerical airliner till 1972 + was a copy of Boeing. The British built + desinged Comet was a disater + Air France A330 crash is French Covre Up. Half the RR engines on A380 R defective + have to be replaced. U Brits + Frogs R jokes + A380 Airbus is cash rathole that can't be fixed!

  • BOEING 747-8 WINS AIR CHINA CONTRACT AIRBUS LOSERS WETS THEIR PANTIES!

Air China signed a formal agreement with Boeing, March 7 to buy 5 Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental passenger jets, making it the 1ST Chinese buyer for Boeing's newest, fuel efficient intercontinental passenger jet. "Depending on its advanced technology, 747-8 will provide better operating economics, higher efficiency, better environmental performance to support the continued development of Air China.

    Boeing 100% American

  • @LottoWinner999 Copying & amending my comments wont change the facts Lottie. You're one washed-up, spent individual, devoid of ideas on how to prove the 747-8 is better than the A380. The airlines think otherwise don't they, A380=234 orders, 747-8I=30. So that's near 8 TIMES as many..lol! Qatar Airways will increase their A380 order at the Paris Air Show later this month according to press reports. Listen, all is not lost, don't be downhearted, the 747-8F will make a great cargo aircraft.

  • @BOACMach2 No thats not the reaon, actually I enjoy making fun of Humptey Numpteys like U. Its not every day I have the opportunity to expose a flaming Limey Fucktard like U. Ha ha ha!!...Not so fast Numpty. This order has not been approved by the Chinese Government as yet. So the chances are it'll be a couple of years before they get the go ahead...Nice try Dan..lol!

Oh by the way, did you hear Hong Kong Airlines will be ordering a number of A380s at the Paris Air Show. The Boeing was turned down as it did not have sufficient capacity. Shame really!!

  • @BOACMach2 If there any scaremongering + nonsense its U N your Dildo Haloween costume which proves your childhood wish to become the bigest prick in the UK. Emirates canceled with Airfags + there going to Boeing. Airbus made a huge mistake by having only 1 engine supplier the oil leaking exploding RR Trent Engines R defective. Airbus said lets buy the new GE NexGen Engine but GE turned them down cuz Boeing has exclusive contract on all orders for next 10 years. So Airbus is stuck with RR tsk,.

  • @BOACMach2 thou shit runneth over + from your big fucking mouth! Your the "Airfags Fairy" + when it comes to rantin your worse than Leghorn Foghorn. Your so crazy U attached a Dildo to the nose of your model A380 so U can butt fuck yourself why U insult every 1 on this forum with your "Airbus-Mania" + I'll bet your a Bi-Polar nut job + U have stopped taking your medications. Do the world a favor take the medicine B4 they arrest U "For Crimes Against Nature". My God your an offensive asshole!

  • Nothing compares with the luxury aboard a Boeing 748-8 Intercontinental. Having flown on many types of Boeing over the years, where passenger comfort/quietness/gizmos are concerned, the 748-8 Intercontinental, Beoing 777 and Boeings 787 is in a different league and makes the Boeing the best by comparison. Give me an 748-8 Intercontinental or Boeing 777 of Emirates or Lufthansa 747-8 over Airbus A380 any were and anytime because its not worth risking your famliys life flying on Airbus A380

  • @LottoWinner999 I say again, your copied comment about the 747-8I is funny, given the airliner has yet to receive FAA & EASA certification and enter service (yet you've travelled aboard one one already...real smart comment that Dan!) Unlike you, I actually do fly on Boeings and Airbuses every year. I doubt you have ever left the state you were born in, such is your ignorance and poor education. Tell me Dan, are you in the USAF or the RAF at the moment, it varies from video to video on here? LOL!

  • This plane looks as old as the 747-400.. Where's the NEW plane they were talking about... the 747-8? looks like i've it somewhere it before its launch.

  • boeing have gone dream-liner style crasy first the 787 and then the 747-8

  • 747 IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Nice new airplane, shame it's outperformed in virtually every aspect by the A380. Sa end for the grand old lady of the skies. Time to move over.

  • @LottoWinner999 Ha ha ha!...Now go away and play with your alter egos, julesjoker and Mr Willywonker. Seeya numpty!

  • the right airplane at the right time is good.

but the wrong airplane at the wrong time is olso good for mé.

  • @KimmurielBaenre I was thinking more about the design... why not move further and redesign a new aircraft? It can not possibly be the ultimate for ever design. A380 is developed in the 21 centaury, for the 21 centaury people...

  • @xerxes740925 Thank you for this comment... spot on

  • dude. ok its new, new components, new twchnology, new materials, etc. but to me it looks like the same aircraft. a big part of a new plane is new LOOKS!!! i think boeing is screwing up. i love boeing but it has been disappointing me lately. its just my opinion...

  • @neper1982 no its much longer and much wider as well so it can fit more passengers in, look on the internet for 747-400 and 747-800 size comparison the 747-8 is much bigger

  • @neper1982 The 747-8 is all new and the latest technology, newer engines than the A380 and a much much much more efficient wing, End result ? it and the 787 have set new standards in air travel. The A380 does have a nice interior but it has no range with full capacity or no capacity with full range. Also you call it 21st century but no plane in the history of aviation has had the problems the A380 has. And for the record the A380 was designed in 1992-1994

  • @prohelipilot1 thats all good but i insist what about new looks??? dont you think that is a big part of a product you are trying to sell?

  • @neper1982 ok i get something it is actually a better version of a 747. otherwise it would be a 797 right??? ill give you that. it is another version of the 47.

  • @neper1982 I do not know for sure, with an automobile yes. But I don't really think the looks would be that much of a big deal with the airlines ( but that is just my opinion )

  • @prohelipilot1 Sorry, but by Boeing's own admission, they agree the A380s wing is a superior design and more efficient than that of the adapted 787 wing on the 747-8. Boeing say they have the more fuel efficient engine in the GEnx-2B. A recent report by Boeing shows the GE engine is 2% short of its target delta but they believe that will be remedied by the time Lufthansa receives their first 747-8I. Any efficiency minded pilot will only load enough fuel plus reserve for the flight. Obvious, yes?

  • @prohelipilot1 For the record, the first 747s had more problems with underpowered P&W engines, engine overheats, air conditioning problems onboard (again P&W problem), hydraulic seals leaking in the main landing gear from faulty design to name a few. The inaugural PanAm flight was turned back due to an engine overheating. Passengers then sat waiting for hours whilst Boeing rushed out a "replacement 747". The 1st few weeks saw several 747's laid up at Everett waiting for engines to be replaced.

  • @BOACMach2 Your such a Scarebus Toady, with typical rants blah, blah and blah your such a bore!

  • @LottoWinner999 Tough went you can't dispute the facts isn't it Lottie. As I said, washed-up, spent and devoid of ideas. You can't even research basics correctly. No wonder everyone laughs at your regular cock-ups! You're wasted here..truly. You ought to be on TV, under the category of comedian.

Remember, ANAs 787s will be powered by Trent1000's, not GEnx (as will the 787s of Air New Zealand's & LAN Airlines). Funniest of all, however, is Delta's choice of the Trent1000 over the GEnx engine.

  • @BOACMach2 Hey asswipe you don't work at Boeing and after A380 Quantes exploding Trent Engine most of the buyers called Boeing and GE and changed their orders to the GE Nex-Gen Engines. It seems people don't trust RR Trent Exploding Engines and Airbus Pitot Tubes that cause crashes..Theres a joke, How do you find a parked Airbus. Follow the leaky Trent Engine oil drips, and they charge extra for clean up on Airbuses that leak oil.

  • @LottoWinner999 Typically lame response. And factually incorrect, but what's new Lottie. Fantasy & reality are one and the same where you're concerned. Be assured, your Poor ol' GEnx engines wont be powering ANAs 787s...nor Air New Zealand's 787s...nor LANs 787s. These airlines chose the Trent1000 as the better option. Hell, even Delta wont use GE, they want Trent1000s too. Dear oh dear!..Another screw up by LottieLoser. Suggest you read the press releases from ANA, ANZ, LAN, Delta, BA etc. LOL!

  • @BOACMach2 I have your adress at West London Mental Health formerly known as the Hanwell Insane Asylum that your Daddy escaped from + your Dad had sex with another patient your Mom who was discharged to the streets as being harmless. She followed in her Moms footsteps + became a trollop but never mentioned your a direct descendant of Mad Frankie Fraser who had an Obession to murder so your the son of a bitch Mad Frank Fraser, now I understand why your such a nut job. Do U pull teeth to?

  • @BOACMach2 In 1969 Airbus was not even a Wet Dream. British Aviation industry was shattered by exploding Boac Comets as DeHavilland pitifly tried to build 1ST jet airliner. Comets had a problem were 4 of them exploded at 30,000 feet. Brits got caught cutting corners using cheap aluminum, screws for nails + cheap square windows that came apart as cabin was pressurized. Comet was a disaster + ppl would not fly jets until worlds 1ST Jet Airliner Boeing 707 became the Status Quo for safe Air Travel.

  • But still... It's from the sixties...

  • @xerxes740925 Except for all the avionics, the entire wing, fuse stretches far beyond the -100, new materials like AL-LI and composites, engines obviously...yeah its from the sixties..

  • Beautiful plane, yes, many enhancements and upgrades, yes, far more efficient and quiet yes, but at the end of the day the -8 variant was born as a direct result of boeing loosing the UHC (ultra high capacity) race to Airbus, and were fortunate to have the 747 platform to fall back on. Thier vast customer base also assisted in minimizing the impact of losing this battle. After reading all the comments, I had to put in my 2 cents!

  • I want that model!

  • Corky Townsend *insert cheecky comment here*

  • there are several people who have hogged the comments on this video, the ac looks very exciting (all be it based on a proven design) the a380 is also a good a/c, (i guess this is the heart of what your arguing over) the airlines/ passengers will decide which is the best a/c. its important to remember your not comparing like with like a380 is a much larger plane with a take off weight exceeding 1m lbs. its v v sad you have row about something that all of you will prob never own or fly. good video

  • The Sky Belongs To The 747-8 and -400

  • The thing is - an aircraft that is not yet FAA approved, has never flown with passengers, has never flown commercially on behalf of an airline, that has design flaws cannot be called the best airliner in the world because it hasn't yet been proven.

All the simulations, mock ups, computer generated graphics and paper designs do not tell us how an aircraft will actually perform in real-life.

A simulated experience is quite different to real life.

Your reasoning is flawed on so many levels.

  • (To Dartagnyn and Whitireia)

Well it seems that my job here is done. You both don't even have any links or facts to prove your points, while I have 3 that come from the actual companies and organizations themselves. If I were to continue, you would just repeat the same stuff that shows absolutely no facts, no links, no nothing. Funny thing is that instead of doing that, you can't even find that it's easier to admit it yourselves. But my job as proving you wrong is done. I won't be here anymore.

  • @DNETV The 747 is a great family of a/c but the 747-8 is the last derivitive of the 747 series due to design limitations. The 747 cannot be stretched any further.

The A380 on the other hand is the first of the A380 family and has a long and bright future (next 30 - 40 years).

The next derivitive of the A380 family the A380-900 will be the next generation of flight and will the most efficient airliner in the world being able to seat nearly 1000 pax in an all economy configuration.

  • @DNETV so now we've come down to the root of your argument.

Your so called three amazing links which don't actually help your argument in any way at all. Not even slightly.

So you have now run out of things to say so you resort to repeating your nonsense over and over again.

You really are a douche bag - have no avaiation knowledge or even common sense

  • Comment removed

  • @DNETV.."Well it seems that my job here is done..."

I agree DNETV. You have taken it as far as you can, given your limited and frequently dubious knowledge of the 747-8. Insisting your 3 links constituted proof/facts has been your undoing. Not one of those links refers to the -8 as the "best airliner" specifically. You have just assumed such. I strongly suggest that if your want to taken seriously in any shape or form, you ensure your facts are, indeed verifiable, not just wishful thinking.

  • @Dartagnyn I agree.

It's about time this moron gave up!

  • Comment removed

  • @DNETV When the 747-8 is eventually certified and carries fare paying passengers you will be in a much stronger position to argue your case. Until then, better you accept that it's just opinion and subjective assessment. Despite coming away with a "bloodied nose" and failure to "win" this debate, I am sure you will have learnt some valuable, albeit obvious lessons.

  • @Dartagnyn Get out much?

  • @dustziggy Nope! But I take your point. Well-spotted.

  • Go on DNETV, cling desperately to your "3 links." You are a spent force in this debate, relying on dubious interpretations of the noun "fact", misreading and manipulation of information. Your attempts to prove your point are in general inaccurate and plagued with naiveity and stupidity. Now go and get an education and return only if you are able/capable of providing true factual information of an independent, verifiable nature. Boeing nor Airbus sponsored material is 100% credible.

  • @Dartagnyn You haven't learned yet what fact vs opinion is: A fact would be a statement like how I said "The airlines didn't use the full amount of seats on the 744 as it's maximum ability of seating capacities," that would be a fact, because it is showing something that is the real case, did actually happen, or is happening.

An opinion would be like if someone liked the color orange better than yellow, but others can disagree with them. It's only a personal liking in the mind.

    So ignorant!

  • @DNETV re. fact v opinion. Good "cut and paste" job on that one. Your definition of "fact" has been proven to be cavalier to say the least. You try to manipulate the real truth and use "bully boy" tactics in an attempt to wear your opposition out. Your methods are evidence of a person with security issues.

Facts are indisputable and not subject to manipulation. Your example re. capacity of 744 is a CHOICE the airline makes. Your 744's passenger carrying capability is still 416. That is FACT.

  • @Dartagnyn I didn't feel like re-explaining the lesson on a fact, so I simply copied and pasted. There is absolutely no problem with that. You are just trying to find little "ways," to try and make it seem like the littlest convenience is such a bad thing. Nice try, Dartagnyn. And not only have I used hard fact, I had links to back them up too, unlike you. It's hilarious how you don't even have a single link to prove your point as to it "wasn't voted."

  • @Dartagnyn Now I am going to ask for the last time-Please provide one link that says that "the 747-8 wasn't voted," and if you can't even do that, that shows your failures.

Obviously after the numerous facts and links from actual organizations I provided, the way that all you can say is "You are an idiot," just plainly, leaving that be the only thing in your comment, shows me that you have obviously lost and were proven wrong, but you don't want to admit it. You are truly pathetic.

  • @DNETV @Dartagnyn 'Now I am going to ask for the last time-Please provide one link that says that "the 747-8 wasn't voted.."

And I will answer AGAIN, that your 3 links prove nothing, as whitireia has shown. Wear the Boeing hat all you want, It will not change the true facts. Now go away as you're likely to endure further humiliation. Try train spotting maybe, it appears easier to deal with.

Yeah, yeah, everyone disagreeing with you is pathetic, a loser, a 5th grader and and and. Child!

  • @Dartagnyn This is too hilarious! He hasn't proven with a single fact that the 3 links that came from actual companies and organizations are "not true." It's extremely pathetic how you two little elementary school children can't even provide a single link to show that it wasn't voted, but my 3 links that come from actual companies and organizations prove you wrong. You have humiliated yourself way too much with all of your little spaces that have no facts, no links, no nothing. Hit the books.

  • @DNETV you're like a stuck record.

You go over the same crap that we have already covered wrong on numerous occasions.

Your so called three links are crap and do not even mention the 747-8 being the best a/c in the world.

I mean what the hell are you playing at fool. If you provide links expect one to verify your so called facts. In this case again proven absolutely wrong fool!

  • @whitireia How more funny could you get? I have asked for links and facts to prove that the 747-8 wasn't voted, yet you couldn't even do that! You don't have a single bit of proof that shows that it wasn't voted, yet I provided 3 links to actual companies and organizations saying that it was voted. Even the Global Travelers Magazine themselves said that they voted the 747-8. Yet you cannot provide a single fact. You are too pathetic. You have lost once again.

  • @DNETV you said "How more funny could you get? I have asked for links and facts to prove that the 747-8 wasn't voted..."

The proof is in your own links. I have visited all three of your so called proofs and all of them have no mention of the 747-8.

You're simply maknig things up because you know that you are a loser.

Obvioulsy you can't vote for an a/c that is not in service. Everyone knows that!

You need a head check - you've got some screws loose.

  • @DNETV you said "Even the Global Travelers Magazine themselves said that they voted the 747-8....."

Since you are a mere simpleton - to put it simply you are wrong!

I have downloaded a copy of the Global Travellers 2008 survey that you are refering to, and in the entire survey it does not once mention 747-8. It refers to the 747 family. Common logic dictates that the survey refers to current 747s in service - which would mean any 747 flying that is in service (747-100 - 747-400).

  • @Dartagnyn Haha-you have truly come again with some good jokes. You clearly stated that the sky lofts were only for the economy class, which as everyone knows is an enormous incorrect statement, showing your extreme lack of research. The stairs leading up to the upper deck are connected to the sky loft. Once it turns around in the video, you can clearly see the first class section. And plus, you have used plenty of "spoon feeding," in this debate, hypocrite.

    And grow up, Mr. "Gawd,"

  • Well I see once again you are narrowed down. I wouldn't blame you. Just continue on with whatever it is you do. In London, England, it's past 12:00. I'd think you need to catch some rest.

  • (Read comments below before reading this one) Well I see this has now ended. Whitireia's abilities of things to say kept getting narrowed down until I won over him once again, and with Dartagnyn, he only replied to a small amount of my replies to him, and since I just used links to help prove him wrong too, I see this has ended.

But I would just like to say that it's been an Ok battle, and you two are very courageous to just have it end like this.

  • im a ramp attendant at cyqr and i had a cute little boy say the 736 was the biggest awesomest plane he had ever seen, i wanted to say, son you have no idea!

  • To give an idea of the Emirates A380 interior (Search google Airbus A380: 5-star hotel on wings)

  • @whitireia I already know what the Emirates A380 interior looks like-I've researched that long before this debate even started, and a couple times looked at it during this debate. The 747-8 interior still does beat Emirates, even though Airbus came up with NONE of Emirate's ideas or pre-made them for order. Boeing will have it easier, and better. But that's just interior-wise. The 747-8 and A380 are both equal. A380's economics, and the 747-8's design, cargo space and airport price.

  • @Dartagnyn I only copied and pasted because you said the same thing twice, so I replied twice thinking that maybe-just maybe, it might get stuck in your head for once.

And any average person who sees that the company has the biggest airliner in the world on the websites front page will think of it as a very high end airline. All of them advertise it everywhere on their website, so even the first page they can just look at it and think "Wow they must be a good airline," or a high end one.

  • @Dartagnyn My comments? Every time I prove whitireia wrong he just brings up some random thing, shying away from every other topic we've been discussing. You really need to either read, or stop lying to be bias.

  • @Dartagnyn Ha-I have proven him wrong 4 times. He has shied away from those subjects leaving nothing else to say but some other random thing to bring up. Face it-he argues his issues like some kid fresh out of the 1st grade.

  • @DNETV yes it's time you gave up DNETV.

Face it - the 1960s 747 is simply not as good an aircraft as the year 2000 A380-800.

  • @whitireia I gave up? Please-you are only looking for little things to attempt to flatter yourself. You have already given up plenty of times.

And another thing I have proved to you, both the 747-8 and A380 are equally amazing in different ways. I proved it-you were proven wrong, and I could tell by the way you just shied away from the subject and just brought up something else to debate.

And also, you seem to have forgotten that we're not talking about any old 747-it's the 747-8. Failure

  • @DNETV When you make remarks such as those laughter abounds. It's an impossibility. In addition, you can't seem to make you mind up whether other people argue like 5th graders, 4th graders, 1st graders, age 4, age 5, age 6....remarks such as these show you to be a real fool! Get educated and if you going to be critical of someone, at least be novel and don't re-use their words. Child!

  • @Dartagnyn You made me laugh, making my day once again, Dartagnyn. More fake excuses coming from the master himself. 6 years old is 1st grade. And I'm still not forgetting your little approving comments "attempt," in messaging. That one was comedy gold!

  • @DNETV.. "I'm still not forgetting your little approving comments "attempt," in messaging."

Ah yes, thanks for reminding me about this. This is the screening facility you have on your wall whereby comments posted get a "Pending Approval" response. Poor old DNETV wouldn't want anything negative displayed on his wall. That'd be difficult to deal with and embarrassing right? Then you think it's ok to post criticisms on the walls of others. The difference between us? I can handle it, you cant.

  • @Dartagnyn I have already told you this through youtube mail, leaving you not responding. I have made that change to my channel a LONG time before I even knew that your channel existed so that people wouldn't be able to post inappropriate and vulgar comments. Funny how you think that everything is just about you.

  • @DNETV I have been meaning to bring this to your attention for some time now. Can you explain the term, "fake excuse". I've checked through the English Dictionary and that term makes no sense whatsoever. Please give me your take on it.

  • @Dartagnyn As in fake excuses I mean when you just tell some lie of an excuse, like how whitireia said "You sound like a 5 year old saying these things," when he listed the things that were normal English that we ALL have said in this debate. Another example is he just saying "You are incorrect," leaving that as the ONLY thing in the comment, showing that he had no facts to back that point up. Apart from this, after that he once again shied away from the topic and brought up some random thing.

  • @DNETV re "fake excuses" So in essence you're saying the person is wrong, incorrect, or lying, is that right? If that's so, why do you need to include the word "excuse"? I undestand fake jewellry, fake currency etc. but fake excuses...makes no sense.

  • @Dartagnyn Oh my god!

An excuse is something that you could say to get out of trouble or get something turned around, and then a fake excuse is an excuse that lies and doesn't refer to anything one bit, like if I'm saying something and someone else just brings up the complete lie that it makes me sound like a 5 year old, obviously he's just trying to get me back. Saying I'm a 5 year old for normal, proper English would be a fake excuse.

  • @DNETV "a fake excuse is an excuse that lies and doesn't refer to anything one bit,"

In which case it is not an excuse at all. It is a lie, pure & simple. See below:

    "noun |ikˈskyoōs|

1 a reason or explanation put forward to defend or justify a fault or offense : there can be no possible excuse for any further delay | Hong Kong does have the excuse that it is the gateway to China."

The mistake you make is in using the word "fake" alongside. That's why you are incorrect.

  • @Dartagnyn Ugh! I am going to try to put this in the simplest form- an excuse is something you say to get around something, such as if someone didn't finish a letter they were typing because they spilled water on the computer, they would say "I spilled water on my computer so I couldn't finish the letter," and that would be an excuse.

But if they were typing up a letter but didn't want to finish it so they lied by saying "My dog toppled over the computer," then that would be a fake excuse.

  • @DNETV "..But if they were typing up a letter but didn't want to finish it so they lied by saying "My dog toppled over the computer," then that would be a fake excuse."

Well you have just confirmed what I was telling you. These are your words..."so they lied by saying...". So a "fake excuse" is in essence a lie, whatever way you dress it up. The term, "fake excuse" is a contradiction. I suppose it's North American slang?

  • @Dartagnyn I am going to say this for the last time-I have already explained what an excuse is, so then a fake excuse would be an excuse that is fake or is a lie.

  • @DNETV you said "It's just pathetic how you will make up that you proved me wrong 100 time"

I proved you wrong plenty of times.

For example you insist that the 747-400 has a max pax of 416. But I have already proven that no airline today configures their 400 series with 416 seats. Not one.

I proved to you that if Airbus used the same seat density that Boeing used on the 747-8I in their marketing projections then a380 would hold 620 seats.

I proved that A380 has better fuel economy.

  • @whitireia Actually you're wrong again. I knew that the airlines don't use the full capacity-you said that it's full capacity or ability wasn't 416, when I proved it was and had links to back it up.

And your little thing about fuel economy, SuperDave was the one who showed me how it was more environmentally friendly and fuel efficient.

I have proved you wrong 4 times already. Face it-you argue like a 6 year old.

  • @DNETV you said "when I proved it was and had links to back it up."

Links Oh please! Everyone else has provided links to verify information, names of articles, and you have just based almost your entire argumnet opinion and speculation.

  • @whitireia Haha-I have provided the most links out of any of us! And I use ONLY hard fact except for the one opinion that was pretty much asked for, and you used an opinion back! Face it-you don't even use much fact. It's all just "You are incorrect," leaving that being the ONLY thing in that comment. You are pathetic and make me laugh quite a lot with your little fake excuses which only make you look more ignorant, not like you weren't before.

  • @DNETV You said "You are pathetic and make me laugh quite a lot with your little fake excuses which only make you look more ignorant, not like you weren't before."

More antics from a 5 year old.

  • @whitireia See there is a perfect example of what I mean: EVERYONE will say things like that. You are only coming up with fake excuses like that it's like a 5 year old to say that. If it is like it in your little head, well you've said plenty of things just like that in the past.

  • @DNETV Failed...yet again. You are the one who needs spoon feeding information. Do you actually possess individual thought?

  • @Dartagnyn I have provided the most links out of any of us. I haven't even asked him for a link on this topic. You are too pathetic.

  • @DNETV

You said "Face it-you argue like a 6 year old."

You said "Face it-he argues his issues like some kid fresh out of the 1st grade."

You said "then go look up the definition of the word fact in the dictionary, then come talk to me. Ok kid? "

You said "I HAVE SAID THIS A BILLION TIMES!!!!!"

You said "why is it that every time I prove you wrong (5 times)..."

You said "You are really hypocritical, aren't you? You with little fake excuses-truly pathetic."

You sound like a 5 year old.

  • @whitireia There are so many flaws in this. More fake excuses.

    1. I am telling you that you argue like a 6 year old. You think that by saying that, I sound like a 5 year old? In your logic, I might as well call you a 5 year old for saying I sound like a 5 year old.

    2. I am telling him to go look up the definition of the word fact. He told me to do the same for actually no reason. It is not a 5 year old thing to say by saying "Look in a dictionary,"

    (continues)

  • @whitireia (CONTINUING FROM COMMENT BELOW)

    3. You were NEVER listening to one word I was saying, so I was telling you to listen and I was saying that I've said this a billion times.

    4. Saying "You are really hypocritical," is not a 5 year old thing to say. The fact that you don't even know what the word hypocritical means shows me how young you are.

You just "say," that my phrases make me sound like a 5 year old, when really they're common phrases that others in this debate have used too.

  • @DNETV There are a number of reasons A380 is a better aircraft than the 747-8I.

    (1) A380 has superior fuel economy.

    (2) A380 is easier to maintain

    (3) A380 has a full upper deck

    (4) A380 has a wider cabin that airlines if they wanted could fit 11 seats abreast in comparisons to 747 10 abreast

    (5) A380 uses the latests in fly by wire technologies

    (6) A380-800 wing is designed for a further stretch version the A380-900 and possibly a further stretch A380-1000

  • (7) A380 is a good climber and can reach cruise altitude in one step. In comparison 747-8I is a poor climber it would take atleast two steps to reach cruise altitude

    (8) A380 utilises brake to vacate technology - this means during landing A380 can be pre-programmed to stop at the required taxiway

    (9) A380 cabin pressure is maintained at 5000ft per square inch in comparison to 747-8I 7000ft.

    (10) A380 has a 20knt lower approach speed in comparison to the 747-8I

  • @DNETV

    (11) A380 is an all new design utilising the lastest in aviation technologies. In comparison to 747-8 which is a revamp of a design derived in the 1960s. Typically all new beats revamp.

    (12) A380 has certification commonality. This means with minimal training a A320/A330/A340 pilot can easily transition to the A380.

    (13) A380 has similar handling qualities to other Airbus aircraft

    (14) A380 has more space than any other aircraft in service today.

  • @DNETV

    (15) A380 like other Airbus products use the tailcam (that passengers can view from each seat) which no Boeing aircraft use

    (16) The Emirates A380 has in-flight showers first of its kind. Just what the weary world traveller needs before disembarking into a new country.

    (17) A380 uses less runway to takeoff than the 747-8I

    (18) A380 attends airshows regularly where it performs mind blowing aerobatic manoeuvers.

    (19) Wave 2 A380s (like Lufthansas one) are 2tons lighter than wave 1 A380.

  • @whitireia Haven't I said this many many times before already? Those are the economics of the A380 that I said clearly, the economics are where the A380 wins over. The interior designs by far and airport prices are where the 747-8 wins over in. And the 747-8 is still very environmentally friendly and fuel efficient, just not as much as the A380. I have said this many times before, the A380 is more of an eye for the airlines, and the 747-8 is more to the passengers and airports, (continues)
