The main problem I have with this apparent subpoena is the time frame that is given to produce the document which is a whole month! How long does it take to simply go in a vault (if that's where it is) and pick up a document?

There is no logical reason whatsoever that a month was given. At the most, 2-weeks should have been the time-frame. But could it be, that this gigantic window of time opens not only the window but also the door to be bribed with a substantial amount of money?

"Hoping"? Orly's subpoena is useless, and she knows it. The Hawaii DOH will not release the birth certificate, because by law they are not allowed to. Only people who have a tangible interest can see the certificate, i.e. the person named on the document, or his parents. A court order - issued by an actual judge - is required to release the certificate to other people, and there is no way in hell that Orly will get a judge to sign off on that insanity.
