At first, Old Navy came to Kim asking if she would be the spokesperson, she said No that she didn't want to do that, then few months later, they come out with the commercial and it's a Kim clone, Old navy was making jokes about it on their Twitter page saying things like "Looks alot like Kim huh?" and Kim sued them. Old Navy tried to almost force there image of having Kim as a sopkesperson for there store.
