@lovekpop2012 Yes it's very important to add an honorific in some Asian societies when addressing older people or you will seem rude. Usually it's okay to leave it out if you are around a year apart only and you are quite close, or when addressing younger people. :) I grew up speaking English, so I forget to use them all the time. XD And it's really weird when people address me with an honorific.
