wow, for me naked thunder is awesome.I like all the songs and I love how Morse plays in this album.Anyway every of us has a different opinion so.. ;-)

Recently purchased the replica vinyl cd edition of the album for £4.99 off the web (yes i'm a cheapskate i know) with Lonely Days as a bonus track. Overall i think it's a good album, not a classic or anything but i wasn't expecting that. Best songs for me would be this one, No Lotion, B Days, D W It, Sky and It Would Be Nice. The other tracks are mediocre imo (not terrible just not very memorable). Like the laid back feel to the cd which suits Gillan's more mature voice. Cheers for posting.

Thanks for the alert! Ian Gillan is now evolving a sound outside of his brilliant work with Deep Purple. He has to. He's an Artist. His soul moved him to do this. I hear a sax, I hear violins, I hear a sitar or a vinah, I hear tabla drums.... thanks, Ian. I love you. He runs a lot of Chinese energy.

The album, and especially title track's African melodies have some kind of magic which steacks you to it...
