Product is saline solution. Use it as often as you want. It has helped me with allergies and as you can see, doesn't bother. Despite how it looks, It's actually quite soothing.
Be careful of this product. I have chronic sinusitis and I bought NeilMed last month and used the same day. The next day I had a very severe asthma attack. I had had only a mild asthma attack before two years ago. My Chest Disease specialist said cleaning the sinus with things like NeilMed might cause virus asthma and he doesnt advise his patients to do that. Be careful and seek medical advise before purchasing stuff like this
