question. when android for tablets 3.0, (honeycomb) and the motorola xoom first came out, there weren't a lot of apps. obvoiusly that its nearing 4.0 and there are a lot more android tablets, there is a lot more apps, but what about the quality of the apps? cant really find a review that focuses on the Android market specifically for tablets.

Do you have an app and games list anywhere I could go check out? The ones you recommend, from the basics to more complex.

For instance, I'm a designer, so I'm gonna get Sketchbook Pro and some of the Adobe tablet apps.

Quick question.....the hubby hit the stock launcher button after turning on the G-tab and then checked the use as default box. how do I get back to the option of using adw ex as my launcher again? it doesnt show up since he decided to check the box? help please. thx!

I got it for my xoom and now its flawless, except when I hold the screen and that bar below comes up, its not iphone smooth, but if you use android enough you'll get used to it.

wow the tab really does a lot more than people made it out to do, looks so much more interesting than the ipad2 I never really liked just the boring sliding idea with all the apps, its just feels like it didnt do much, I mean ofcourse the ipad has thousands of apps but the homescreen is hardly customisable at all :S still trying to decide which one I want but leaning more to the samsung tab side now :) thanks for this awesome video.

the only reason i didnt get this tab and got a ipad 2 is that the market place is weak still! I watch hulu, hbo , netflix, my cable company got a app so i can watch my cable tv on my ipad plus the games Madden nba jams etc. The hardware and software is superior than the ipad 2 but lack of apps killed it for me!

When the update poped up on my tab i simply clicked cancel and my tab didnt update. -_- I did later on install it though and I really like it besides the new setting interface. I like to always see that brite blue light appear at the top and bottoms when I scroll...I was so amazed by it. Dont know why..lol. But yeah...you could have just clicked cancel.

I BOUGHT & RETURNED THIS DEVICE ! First of all, I must say that I really wanted to buy something that said other that Apple on it. This is honest truth.

1. Screen is not heat sensitive like Ipad, so anything that touches the screen activates it you are places that you dont want to be.

2. Browser crashes and frezes fter 15-20 minutes use

3. Map app is slow and crashes

4. replying my email is a pain. Somehow when you reply device turns the received mail into a "image" .

@yaziciny i returned it today, I started having problems as well, with wifi connections, frozen on me 4 times in 9 days of ownership, plus no usb port, no hdmi, no sd external slot, i was let down, but everything else is really fell in love with, I definitely will be owning a tab soon again

@yaziciny I actually played on one of bestbuy's display models because I was gonna swap my ipad 2 for this. I did, however, had an awful experience with the device. Using the browser was horrible. With google's autocomplete feature, typing was a pain. Ran quadrant and my samsung fascinate outdid tab 10.1 (i have a samsung fascinate). Definitely not responsive as what the video mentions. Is the 10.1 mentioned from the video rooted or running a 3rd party launcher?

I had real trouble with this tab when I tried it, but it was with the 'touchwiz' update they've added on top of Honeycomb. I feel like they ruined Honeycomb with it. It runs all choppy and the task bar is all grey and 3D which makes it really intrusive when running fullscreen apps. They really ballsed it up IMO, the Xoom seems a lot better, shame it's so much bulkier.

@Poeticbladezero with my Google Nexus One, tethering has been free since day one, I'm with T-Mobile and I never paid to tether or have gotten a tethering application. The google had it as a stock feature. But 2 years later tethering is now a separate plan for carriers but it never changed for me. Especially since I'm rooted
