@MonkeySayCheese You gotta look close. Basically it is a simple line moving around up and down when the user turns the wheels. Nothing that interesting is actually happening on the screen. It is more a proof of concept for the NXT robot.

Thanks, is it easy to write codes (is it possible to write codes) can you make the mindstorms nxt do just about anything?

its very very easy to write.  They have some really easy drag and drop functions and there are a lot of tutorials out there how to get started with it.

All you need to write a code is basic C knowhow and a little way with algorythems[Depends on what you're making]

The code is just a standard NXT robot program file. Nothing was hacked. Just programmed in the standard way.

Question - how did you make the shaking action work? Or have you actually pressed a hidden touch sensor?

What would be interesting would be to log the motor motions - and then play them back - spooky, and cool as the knobs turned themselves and the picture was redrawn on the screen..

to make the shaking sensor work, I actually just programmed the distance sensor to see anything less than 10 inches away, and clear the screen. The shaking just adds a little fun.

Yeah, this version of the Lego Robot has a USB connection, bluetooth, 3 servo motor, distance sensor, etc etc. The programming is so easy, just drag and drop components and it works. Hats off to Lego for this.
