Hi Tarmak, Impressive work on this short documentary film.
Hey, have you heard of the BOFF, BIGSTAR Online Film Festival on BIGSTAR.tv ? They have a $50,000 GRAND PRIZE for any genre film that is 5 minutes or less.
The misconception these 2 men had of each other is the same we witness today in Lebanon as well... Each party accusing the other to be controlled by an external government... The slogan: (Tenzakar w la ten3ad) is not applied. Leban0n will never learn from its past. TOOO SAD!!!
Discussing tags of muslims and christians we notice many faults...I apologize for what iam about to say ...but here it is ...we should rise up above the falsified belief of the exsistance of god .the exsistance of god was only necessary to create a civilization but not to maintain it unfortunate ...no war has been bigger than wars of religious struggles...look at Bosnia and what happened ...look at ww1 ww2 ...lebanon..east vs west ...you dont have to be a religious person to be good ..
It would've been nice if you could've interviewed the younger generation too, the ones which are fighting now.
anyways I think that the answer to our problems lies within our evident unity, a unity that can only be lead by one army governed to protect our borders.
I think it's retarded that the Muslim is defined as Muslim. Too generic, many groups fall under the "muslim" tag in Lebanon. This needs be highlighted.
Thanks for your comment. I was awaiting this question so here is the answer:
-I do not speak arabic so when I carried out the Interviews I encouraged them to speak in English if they could so I could have better control
-Muhieddine did not want to carry out the interview in English so I had to rely on a translation which in my opinion also makes for a less strong interview.
The good news is that since this I have been taking arabic lessons and hope to be able to read, write and speak it soon
@tarmakfilms Wonderful film. Personally, I liked the contrast between the Arabic and English in the interview. But I know that's a subjective matter. Great job!
Dana / Eric This is really touching. I am sure anyone who watches it will agree. I'm so proud and happy that you are taking the only right stance in this unfortuante conflict. It all comes down to humanity & forgiveness.
that proofs that christians are better educated in lebanon between he was one of the major militia leaders in lebanon i remember him very well

Very nice and inspiring video promoting forgiveness and unity. That is exactly what Lebanon needs.
Shame on the Lebanese politicians that lie in the name of the state..
