AF means April Fools and was a joke made in a sarcastic manner by an official. the art and comics that surfaced are fan-made (but i admit the fan did a great job with the comic art)! seriously, its just not gonna be a real anime (unless fans start makin them too!) theres no AF. just let it be. u can wait all u want. just like u were waiting in 2002, 2006 or last year! for the love of god, wasnt GT bad enough anyway?
