Hi, really like your work and sharing it. Now that you have had these working for a while, have you had any issues with heat or moisture getting into the cell areas? I was wondering if putting that Slygard 184 on the sides of the cells and then putting EVA over that would really nail the moisture problem down.
That is pretty sweet. I am making a Peak Power Tracker to charge a 12V battery and run a load for a school project with a group. We bought a similar cell kit from ebay and now we are trying to find a way to make 2 panels of 6v. Is there a video that shows you sticking the cells on the piece of wood?

u could just add 1.5" initially instead of measuring for the width of the guide second. right?
