  • Great Warrior? war makes no one great ;-)

  • Having Yoda use a lightsaber is one of the worst ideas in movie history. Thanks George.

  • @ShadowGunner82 Eh, can I ask why? This is really a dumb complain to me. He is a jedi! Why wouldn't he have a lightsaber?

  • @TheMusicThrasher Redlettermedia summed it up when he said the whole point of Yoda in RotJ was to prove to Luke that size didn't matter and appearances could be deceiving. He then proved that his spirituality had nothing to do with size when he used his mind to lift the X-Wing. Contrast this to AOTC and ROTS, where he actually fights with a saber, putting him at an undeniable physical disadvantage when he has to bounce aorund like a fool just to stay on par with his enemies.

  • I'd love to see an interview with Lucas, while Matthew is interviewing him.

  • @captainjjb84

I would tell this on liv TV.

  • THEY BOTH ARE INJERD THATS WHY THEY ARENT DOING ANYTHING.YOUR A DUMB ASS APERINTLY.

  • Why is Yoda having a lightsaber such a problem? Can anyone explain why that is such a problem? How come is it you want Lucas to explain things, but yet you can't explain things?

  • @darthdan1000 Because if youve ever seen the empire strikes back, yoda has a handicap and it supposidly prevents him from moving any more than he can. but him having a lightsaber destroys the teachings he gave luke in the originals. he's a powerful warrior that dwells on the Force and proves that the Force is beyond the physical appearence. giving him a lightsaber ruins everything he said, he has to leap around like a freak and fight someone taller than him. thats not the kind of person yoda was

  • @darthdan1000 and if Lucas failed to explain this, than FUCK this movie

  • @MrBsct do you honestly believe 9/11 was set up and made by terrorist?

  • I just thought of a better idea for what the main story could have been. It should have started as episode 1 where the Jedi are investigating a conspiracy, Obi-Wan comes across a young teenage anakin during the investigation, he helps out, they become friends and he can feel Anakin is strong in the force. At the end of the first movie the Jedi could have tried to kill the clones but they revolted. The clone war! That would have made more scene! instead of all this separatist crap!

  • @Jade1157 That would be a nice twist to the story. But make rebellion evolve in to a war on a galactic Scale, during the war a mass Draft has to be pulled in order to Stop the Clones. That would make for epic Story. but if you think about it there has to be a galactic power to support the clones in order to make the story worth while other wise the war would be over too quickly. The war should last for years if not decades. ever way the story should be interesting. please comment

  • @Crusnik2000 Then have Count Dooku(with a different name) support the clones. He's a count and has lots of weath obviously. They could keep the angst between Anakin and Dooku that way and the confrontation at the beginning of episode 3.

  • carb this

  • sand people are not human beings......if an airforce pilot dropped a bomb on terrorist right after 9/11 and killed the terrorist family because his friend died on the towers, I highly doubt the US goverment would care much and he would return and marry his girlfriend.

  • @MrBsct yes they would, you can't just kill unarmed men and their families, I'm fairly sure any pilot who did that would find him self up in front of war crimes tribunal

  • @MrBsct Yeah, bt that pilot would still be horrible person, that SHOULD be punished.

  • "Evil will always truimph because good is dumb."

But the Jedi are not good.

    They don't care about slavery.

  • @charlesvan13 They do care but they aren`t allowed to do anything it isn`t part of the republic!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @charlesvan13 They are good. Just so stupid, they dont understand they can/should do that.

  • The storyline should've been that The Jedi's arent so "Good" after all, since that is what they are coming off as anyway hence why the seperatis want to seperate and why the Sith are so angry. Lucas should've incorparated that.

  • Also, like you said the separtists have a huge army, how would the republic fight that army if they didn't have a militia. They had no indciation of a conspiracy (read my next comment) so the logical solution would be to take on this army. To get a new clone army that was sure to be safe would take another 10 years and if they wanted to enroll citizens, they would nned to pass a law and train the troops. Taking on the army was the only solution that would ensure security continuing stability

  • @MasterYoda12321 Great comment there!

  • First of all, Syphodias (the Jedi who ordered the clone army) was a widely known and respected Jedi. Second of all, who the cloners choose to be the host has nothing to do with the actual army. And finally, billions of republic credits had been payed for this army, obviously it couldn't be a single person planning the destruction of the republic because no single person has that kind of money. Obviously it would have to be someone who could pledge money from the government, like a Jedi.

  • The senate never disapproved of clones. In Palpatine's office they speculated that the senate wouldn't approve the use of clones, The senate had no idea that with the emergency powers he received, he would use an army. This was palpatine's way of deceiving the people and it all leads up to the extinction of the jedi.

  • @MasterYoda12321 Ok, stop being an apologist for these movies. They sucked, get over it.

  • @zzyzx0788 "They sucked" is a matter of opinion, and you're entitled to that, however I'm not gonna sit here and confused matthew convince people the movie has plotholes, which it doesn't.

  • @MasterYoda12321 What are you talking about? This movie made no sense at all. I still for the life of me can not figure out why this war is going on, why the clones were made, why everyone is actually so illogically, and why everyone is so blind to everything going on.

  • @zzyzx0788 The war is going on because the separtists are leaving the republic, but not peacefully, they were attacking systems. The clones were supposedly made by syfo dias, however that worries the jedi since it was unauthorized. The separtists are planning a massive attack on the republic during which millions would die. The Jedi could not defenf the republic alone. They needed an army. The plan was to use the army to drive off the current separtist attack, then send (continued)

  • @MasterYoda12321 Yea, ok, heres a good question, WHY are they attacking if they wanna separate? Just separate. And you think they could give just a slight explanation as to why they want split? And when was the droid army authorized when they were part of the Republic? And how did they control of it? And how was Palpatine controlling the strings behind this, nobody asked any questions? Why did the Gungans get involved if their HIDDEN city was under no threat?

  • @zzyzx0788 They dont just wanna separate, one of their factations (the trade federation) invaded the small planet of naboo. They were ATTACKING the Republic. And the droid army was privately funded

  • @MasterYoda12321 Sorry, but no. They clearly said they just want to leave. There was nothing about attacking the republic in the begining. Only thing there is in these huge letters is, that they are led by Dracula and they want to leave for some reason.

And still, how is using army that THEY made, going to help you? Couldnt they said to cloners to make new army, and until the army is ready, make some army on their own? Its not like they dont have any kind of armed forces or people to train.

  • @MasterYoda12321 Also, if they are really going to, or even are attacking the republic, and everyone knows they are led by Dooku, why are jedis in the begining like "nah, Dooku wouldnt murder anyone, he used to be jedi"

  • @MasterYoda12321 Problem: The Republic doesn't need the clones. Say that the Republic was only made up of 1,000 worlds, each with a population of 7 billion, that makes 7 trillion Republic citizens. Now, make 1% of all Republic citizens military; that means the Republic would have 70 billion soldiers at their disposal, thus negating the need for the clones. Now add the fact that the Republic is made of SEVERAL HUNDRED thousand worlds, the need for the clones is retarded.

  • @kanyehater100 The problem with your idea is that if you pulled a mass draft and got your 70 billion conscript soldiers you will have no time to train them leading to terrible casualties (ie what happened to the soviets during ww2) and here is a full trained army completely combat ready and you need troops now. I would use them as a transitional troops while I am training m my main force of conscripts and then destroy them you know play along until I am ready to make my move.

  • @kanyehater100 but in this case ConfusedMatthew is right the Jedi Screwed themselves over in the prequels. They uncovering this conspiracy and did nothing about it. I would have played along for a short while lure them out and them make my move both taking out or arresting the people involved in the conspiracy, and once exposed destroy the clones and replace them immediately with the conscripts. Then again I an not a political leader

  • @Crusnik2000 Yeah, you're right, in the case of the mass draft there would be insufficient time to train them, but the 1% I was referring to in my calculations was intended to represent a bare minimum of active military members from the hundreds of thousands of worlds that are a part of the Galactic Republic.

  • @kanyehater100 The Number of Troops the Republic can Draft can in the 10's of billions. However that being said you will have no time to train those said conscripts you would be sending them to die by the tens of millions due to the lack of training and while that would add drama emotional impact to the battles and imagine the economic impact of losing a large percentage of the workforce afterward the war it would cause the republic to fall and the empire to raise out the ashes

  • @kanyehater100 Now that is how the Prequels should have been like. Act 1 introduce the characters end of act one the war begins. Act 2 war is going badly for the republic as they have lost millions of men in the war against the separatists. Act 3 the war is now in orbit of Coruscant the republic launches a massive counter offensive and pushes back the separatists but with heavy losses the war continues with heavy losses on both sides. Until the republic finds an opening & takes it

  • @kanyehater100 The opens brings the war to an end but the strain on the republic's economy is too much and the republic is dissolved. Giving an opportunity for the Chancellor move in and form the empire out of the ashes of the Republic. you can have the fantasy like battles the star wars is known for but give the war a more visceral and realistic feel as a nod to the originals. and all you have to to is tell anakin's and obi-wan's story in that environment simple.

  • @kanyehater100 And do not have George Lucas write the story or direct and the movies should be a big blockbuster hit worthy of the name Star Wars. Please give me your input on my version of the story line

  • @Crusnik2000 Very good... now all we have to do is assassinate George Lucas and take over Lucasfilms

  • @kanyehater100 I got my inspiration form the eastern front of WWII and the Russian revolution of October 1917 (the formation of soviet Russia out if the ashes of the Russian empire (before the soviet union was officially formed in the 1922) and I simply gave the events a twist to it. Amazing what you could do with real world events in history.

  • @Crusnik2000 Oh, the amazing things one can do with little things like "imagination" and "critical thinking skills".

  • @zzyzx0788 (part 2 of comment) Jedi investagators to Kamino to do an in depth investigation of the army. They did this at some point after the movie takes place and found no pressing evidence.

  • @MasterYoda12321 And wouldn't you be a little suspicions about using a massive clone army of unknown origin and purpose? And how dumb is everyone in these movies where no one bothers to suspect Palpatine of sinister motives to the end of the last movie? Wise my ass.

  • @zzyzx0788 I told you why they wouldn't be suspicious of the army and what indicators did they have of palpatine's identity?

  • This is why I'm for the darkside. GO EMPEROR!

  • Can see why they would not have exterminated the clones, apart from Anakin i'm sure the Jedi would have something against genocide, they are living beings after all

  • Doohde will you pls pls stop callin that ho 'ooubadoouba'!! IT sounds so freakin RETARDED!! Your reviews are great and spot on but callin her that soudns so short bus retarded as if you're sayin it as if thats reall her name its ridiculous!! Are you tryin to point out that the names are hard to pronounce or something?? B/c sounding out and saying 'Ah=ma-dah-la' is a HEC of a lot easier than sayin 'Ooubadoouba' over and over again like a crack baby REtard! Thank you, Im a fan.

  • 4:14

    Ooo, Padme nipples. Me like.

  • your right star wars 2 is bad man

  • by the way, the fanservice was boba fett as a kid :P

  • It is good to know that the Jedi don't care about slavery. With the creation of the clone army (which they ordered and paid for) they become the largest slave owners in the galaxy. We're talking about millions of men born with the sole purpose of dying in convenient/strategic locations. The clones have no stake in the society for which they fight. Where's the Truth and Justice in that?

It makes me sad that this still pisses me off.

  • @auritone o thanks for explaining I thought if anything it introduced a future character sorta like chewbaca in the third one. I made the mistake as a kid of watching these dam prequel films before the classic originals.

  • @elite01171 how is he a fanservice.

  • @Bwkjam Making Jango have a clone of his own (Boba) is a fanservice to Boba Fett fans. He has nothing to do with the plot or anything else in the prequels.

    Therefore - a fanservice!

  • Question if Luke wiped out all the sand people who attacks luke in episode 4 and what was the fanservice he didn't mention.

  • @Bwkjam boba fett

  • so the clones were agents?

  • You know what...F#*K this movie!!! nice

  • Who kills if he killed a bunch of godless sand people?

  • One thing about this movie that nobody can criticize is the music. I was noticing it during this entire review, and it really is incredible. That's at least one thing that George Lucas didn't do wrong.

  • The same happened in the theater I was at: everyone burst out laughing! It was comical.

  • This review is even more thorough and brutal than RedLetterMedia. Kudos!

  • Am I the only one who likes the star wars prequels

  • @Simpsonsfan1011 No I love them also, you want me to tell my defenses?????

  • @Simpsonsfan1011 no i like them too

  • @Simpsonsfan1011 No, I love them lol

  • Chancellor Pandabear

    Anarchy

    Senator Ubaduba

    Count Dracula

    Jail Fat

  • @qwuezalothus the ostridge people

  • But remember Matthew, Obiwan mentioned fighting in the clone wars in episode 4, so they had to put something involving clones and a war, but i mean they couldve had the separatists make these monster clones..THEY COULDVE PLAYED THIS ENTIRE MOVIE SO DIFFERENTLY!!

  • also, hey mat, i thought i was the only one who was laughing my ass off at the yoda light saber scene... i remember not hearing anyone laughing but me in the theater which made me laugh even harder

  • whats so unrealistic about the way the senate works? its the exact same thing that happens in the US.... hmm, i think i just made myself sad.

  • Giving Yoda a light sabor is like giving Superman an airplane! hahahaha What an awesome remark....^^

  • This movie, including the other two prequels, is horrible.

  • Count Dracula captured Uba Duba and Anakin so easly...!

  • George Lucas laid 3 massive turds, and millions of "Star Slaves" lined up and paid to smell them. Good review BTW...

  • Terrible film. Not one moment I actually enjoyed.

  • I dident uderstand a word you saiD!

  • @edyoung44 WTF are you talking bout! This movie Is shit. There is so much crappy cg. Ther were to lazy to hire some shmucks to go in a clone trooper suit. The cgi Is already outdated!

  • @Ryan75357 this movie is awesome man idk what your talking about but star wars is one of the best friggin movies ever made ps:have you seen all of them prequel tri?logies

  • @edyoung44 Can I slap the shit out of this dumbass with my dick?

  • @KillaD15 to Ryan75357 sure go right ahead he obviously doesnt know a good movie when he sees it

  • @edyoung44 not to mention all the bad plot holes. i will give it that it was better than phantom menace but it loses to the other 4 by a mile

  • "Now we see that evil will always triumph because good is dumb." - Best Star Wars review quote evar.

  • "Size matters not."

Oh, I'm sorry Yoda, it does.

It does when you use a Lightsaber.

  • WHAT THE HELL KIND OF REVIEW IS THIS,ALL YOUR SAYING IS NEGATIVE THINGS ABOUT THIS MOVIE AND FYI THIS MOVIE IS AWESOME AND YOU OBSERVING THESE PARTS JUST NERDY MAN,ITS A FREKKING MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND ALSO THE CLONE ARMY WHO THE HELL CARES ABOUT IT IT HAD TO BE MADE IN ORDER FOR THE STORM TROOPERS IN THE EPISODES 4-6.

  • @edyoung44 You know "To beeing angry is to beeing human", well, "To love this movie is to beeing inhuman"...

Stop shouting at us with your CAPS LOCK!

  • @Fapsamup i forget to take off caps sorry bout that man i wasnt trying to shout

  • @edyoung44 Agreed,

  • @edyoung44 You think you hate this review? Go watch star wars attack of the clones review by redlettermedia and you will shit yourself! Oh FYI this movie sucks ass!!!

  • @edyoung44

I can tell you like this film only because of the action, which is shit, and nothing else.

  • Comment removed

  • @PinheiroIllness85 thats not the only reason i like it and are you saying the action is shit or cause i like the action?

  • @edyoung44

Yes, the action is shit. Everything is just a turd in this film.

  • @PinheiroIllness85 eh everyone has their thoughts and opinions on movies, and i guess some scenes in this film can be overacting

  • Jar Jar, how could you!?

  • let me guess that thing you didn't bother mentioning was that kid in the corner, oh wait thats Boba Fett!

  • Dude, I burst into laughter when you called him Count Dracula.

  • anakin supposed to be the greatest jedi in the galaxy not some cry baby always complangning and bitchin

  • WE the people need to bring the balance in the force, by not having George Lucas write another movie, but let someone else with real talent, and imagination do it. If the movie is good, everybody wins, we win, George Lucas wins, since he will get some of the money. George Lucas needs to stop thinking money, he will die some day, and at some point no one will care, but his own family, that's too sad. 2011 a hope for a new Star wars movie. Virtue will prevail!

  • I think people should getter all the interviews with Georgy, in the makings of the prequels. What you'll find is that, he had no fucking clue, what so ever, he comes out with a 40 page flip book and says:" I'm done, really easy", yeah, when you improvise things get done really fast, just put jar jar in it, Eureka ! The worse yet, he says dumb shit again," wether it works or not, we will see", when someone says that, you better get the fuck out, and run, shit will hit the fan.

  • W-w-wait a sec, how is giving Yoda a lightsaber like givin Superman an airplane? Don't call me a dumbass, I just wanna know.

  • @DCMarvel2009 It's pretty simple, Superman can FLY, giving him an airplane is just redundant, not only that, it's a burden, he can fly, the airplane would make him weak and pathetic. Yoda is supposed to be the ultimate Jedi in the whole goddamn Jedi order, he IS the ONE, he does not have the need to fight, he has the knowledge to avoid a fight, because he is one with he force, which is why he continues to live even after death. May the force be with you !

  • Uhhhh....FAN SERVICE?

  • this film is no more stupid than american forein polatics and proabishion of drink and drugs!

  • Yoda fighting Count Duku provoked laughter rather than applause? Well no s--- This is Yoda we're talking about. He's mostly seen walking with a cane like a man in his 70s and here we see him leaping around like some acrobat in his 20s to early 30s. That shocked me so much even I laughed at it, because it was unexpected.

  • While I agree that a lot of the PT is crap, I'm afraid I must admit that CM simply doesn't use his head on a lot of things. This especially applies to the politics of Star Wars.

  • So... Who knows where to find the closest sith? I don't want to be a dumb ass Jedi!

  • I agree...FUCK THIS MOVIE!!!

  • nice spaceballs reference at the end

  • yea they are shooting at each other for, ya knowm reasons

  • I'm dead serious, by the end of the movie? I had no idea what had just happened or what was going on. And I was even more baffled that the Jedi were taking the Clone Army that was CLEARLY created illegally and probably for sinister purposes into battle. I was like "Wait, what??!"

  • Senate circumvented themselves...happens in real life too.

  • Dude, i have only watched 30 seconds of this video and I aready think this is brillant. Ostrich people.

  • yoda never should have used a lightsaber - it was pointless and he didn't really kickass as people hoped he would. I for one always assumed someone like Yoda steeped in the Force didn't need something as mundane as a lightsaber

  • I always wandered why Anakin and Padme so called "fell in love" there were no obvious reasons, their connection wasn't that strong in fact they seemed pretty "meh" with each other throughout the movie. They either argued or talked about random shit and that's it. Especially seeing as Anakin is a whiney douche and Padme's just plain stupid. It's nearly as retarded and confusing as the whole Silk Spectre and Dr Manhattan relationship in Watchmen.

  • Episode II ruined "Revenge of the Sith." Anakin's killing of all the Jedi in Episode III would've had a strong impact if it weren't for the fact that that's not unusual behavior for him. Episode 3 had a lot going for it, but it can't escape the effects of the epic failure that is "Attack of the Clones."

  • I always found villains monologueing their plans to trapped heroes who youknow are going to escape to be one of those cliches to be thrown out. I mean seriously, whens the last time you heard "prisoner of war knows all enemy secrets

  • (cont from Part 2). My point is that Annakin begins as a good child, but he's attached to his mother and his fear from that seperation and his fear for her fate results in his descent to desire for control and power (even if on the surface it is power to protect others). At the end his motives are purely to spare himself pain and suffering, while he destroys those around him, lying to himself about his motives and ultimately ensuring that he does suffer terribly. Luke chooses sacrifice.

  • Holy crap. I just saw Jumper, and I was totally expecting to hate Hayden Christensen.

Sure it wasn't the greatest acting in the world, but it's amazing the difference when he's not playing this ... how did Matthew put it ... shit infused with piss?

And it didn't escape me that some of the same elements were there. He still had a shit childhood, he found out he had superpowers that made him a bit of a cocky dick, and he was still fighting Mace Windu.

    George ...

    ... go fuck yourself.

  • @IRONMANAustralia Whoever auditioned for him to be a jedi wasn't a good auditioner...oh was that George?

  • Love it.

  • "You know what....fuck this movie!!" Indeed.

  • Obi Wan, legend of the Jedi Order, taken out by a tiny nick on his leg.

And Lucas manages to undermine not only the characters of Yoda and Vader, but Obi Wan too. Wonderful.

  • the sith are the dark side

  • Lol Dooku=Dracula

  • God this one was even worse the episode 1. Slow boring scenes with un exlpained plot holes, some of the worst dialogue and forced love between Oobadoba and Anakin. Even the chracters had no facial expressions either. Dex seemed like the only one with charisma.

  • @leadnsteel

I dunno...that old bitch in the library who thought that if it wasn't in their archives, it didn't exist (yeah, that's a healthy, non-arrogant outlook!) was one of the more interesting characters! lol She was like a failed 3rd grade teacher that got one too many whiffs of rubber cement fumes during art class!

  • Yoda just looked like a pissed off crazy midget when he had the Lightsaber fight with Dooku

  • Comment removed

  • @ 7:36 -7:37 PERFECT SUMMARY LOL

  • ok dude, i know ur prbably tired of my commenting by now,

but i totally dis agree, at 8:50, the way i saw it was Count Dookey knew he was in some shit, cause Yoda was bout to kick his ass. so He found a bitch way to get away from Yoda, about like how on Superman 2 when Zord figured out Superman weakness was helping ppl.

Dooku knew Yoda would save Ani and Obi, & that was his chance to comp out of the fight.

  • 6:46 ok u make a good point, but lets say the Jedi decide not to use the Clones, then what: The Separatist would have won, Thus putting The Emperor Darth Sidius in power anyway. Its was a lose/lose situation. Ur right though, when u think about it. Maybe they would have had a more fair shot if they would have took them on without the clones.....

well Mace, Obi Won, Anikan, "Ooba Dooba would have died by the hands of Count Dooku. hmm lose/lose but i like Lucas's outcome better than urs

  • I can never get over how the Jedi repeatedly get clues and one is even told of the whole conspiracy, but they soon for get all about it.

They start to "sense" a plot to destoy them in the next movie, but then it's a little too late.

  • George has said that the series should be viewed with Episode I first; which just takes away the magic & mystery of seeing Vader for the 1st time & Obi-Wan introducing Luke to both a lightsaber & the Force in Episode IV

  • Vader revealing that he's Luke's father loses ALL of its impact as well. Lucas is an ass.

  • No emotion is correct. Why does the Trilogy do so well? The characters actually act. And Episode VI shows the best emotion with Luke and his father at the end. It makes you feel for them. These movies you just sit there and not care much because the characters playing do not care either.

  • is there any theater that didnt LOL at yodas fight scene?

  • why didnt he kill yoda THEN escape, 3 birds with one force.

  • nice spaceballs quote at the end!

  • ok... they can't just destroy the clones... CLONES ARE PEOPLE TOO!

  • @alexkidd3d >.<

  • the clones were probably created for the sepratists and they tricked Yoda into thinking the oposite

  • "....and lies there like a dumbass!" LOL!

  • Ledzepplin I couldn't agree more I thought through every CGI rant that while it made the movie suck.... It made GREAT video games! :P

  • Your'e too harsh on the CGI.....it's pretty cool really. I mean, really.

  • Wheres part 4?????

  • 0:48 Hey, it's Abin Sur!!!!

  • You commited mass murder genocide and want a dictatorship... lets get married!

  • @ImToGoodForBad She's got the hots for psychopathic mass murders.

  • "a long video game that the audience can't play"

maybe that's why playing lego star wars is so much more enjoyable than watching these films.

  • @LedZeppelinZaku1 Probably, a fair number of the action scenes in the prequels felt more at home in a video game, where it would be fun because you would actually be concerned about the characters dying.

  • It's nice to know someone else felt this was horribly screwed up. The Clones were part of a conspiracy to start a war between the Republic and the Separatists. Obviously.

So why did the Jedi walk right into it, pick up the clones, and start the war? Thank you, ConfusedMatthew!

  • @ChaationBergin Thing is, Jango Fett was used to create the clones and he was in league with Dooku and the separatists...so why would the separatists help to create an army for the republic when they are the ENEMY??? Clearly something had to be wrong here!!!! And the Jedi must have worked this out...but they use the clones anyway? When I was 12 I thought they had no choice caus the separatists were preparing for war and the republic was defenceless...but still, using those clones was stupid!

  • @satmandoo No, you forget that the Separatists and the Republic are two sides of the same coin, tools for Palpatine's assumption of power. The Separatists did NOT create the clone army, Palpatine created the clone army. Dooku vetted Jango in the service of Palpatine, Jango trained the clones, given no mention to whom they would be delivered. EU sources show Boba confused over why the Republic got the clones. Walon Vau claimed Jango understood it as a backhanded revenge on the Jedi (Order 66).

  • I remember seeing Yoda fight with a lightsaber for the first time..... yeah. Everyone laughed. So you're totally right. I don't think it was just your theater. XD

  • one thing...Anakin skywalker killed all those sand ppl becoz they killed his mother. That scene was supposed to show the evil inside Anakin . This is were he began to shift towards the dark side and wud ultimately become darth vader. Anakin had all the justification for killing those people. And i think you are a whiny jerkoff

  • @viplovem

Must of missed part two. I killing the women and CHILDREN were way out of line (and not justified). Also Anakin was always in the darkside >_>

  • @viplovem Exactly! Not to mention all the other innocents that those bastards killed!

  • The plot in this film is so fucking complicated. I can ask anyone of my friends to explain the plot of the prequels and no one would be able to do it. Just a sign that these films are bullshit.

  • I have always made a joke about that factory scene. It's assuming that the Genosisans made it.

    "Can you build?"

    "Yes"

"We want you to make a droid factory"

"Right! One death trap coming up!"

    "No! We want a FACTORY!"

"That doesn't sound like any death trap I know about."

"WHA-Ugh....Fine. Can you make a death trap that can somehow build robots?"

    "We can do that."

  • @Vassalius ya your joke isnt funny

  • "A long video game that the audience can't play..." ^_^

  • You know I've come to realize that the wooden acting ruins a lot of this movie. I think this movie would've been much better if it seemed like anybody cared about what was going on. Even when faced with a conspiracy it doesn't seem like they care. Padame and anakin have a phony romance. Anakin doesn't seem to even like Obi wan. No one on the council cares about anything ever. There's just no emotion anywhere.
