I don't think honglaowai can speak Korean--at least not fluently . . . because for a song, you don't need that much pitch accent and such, which is why you don't usually hear, say, a German person's accent when they sing. 'Cause in the introduction, he was speaking Mandarin, but when he sings the song, he could just be singing off of the romanization, and still get the pronunciation correct 'cause it's a song.
