idk, if you get to much money, expand or macro hatch :)

alot of zerg players have to much minerals when starting to play the race.. either more lings, macro hatch (for more lings) or just expand and take the gass!

I am sorry to say that you are not fully saturated, you could have built two more and still not be over saturated. Good lesson tho, I don't play zerg so this gave me some good incite. Would love more content!

hmm im getting starcraft 2 soon probably tommorow but i gotta ask do u have to click on the hatchery to do larva inject tor does it do it automatically when u have the

queen's selected and then press the macro button for inject larva??

@skrili every time on every hatch, and its a MOST if you wanna be able to create units in the same speed as the other races can do without doing so.. at the same time your forced to use extra queens to spread creep over the map which takes the same click around the same time limit mark, so yer.. majorly sucks with how much extra you need to do just to keep up with the other races doing nothing; both races got their version, just add up energi and can be used every time you have had to 4rounds

@skrili the worst thing is i heard that in the beta larva inject and creep spread could be set to auto; but some off the pro players complained that it would be more competitive if you couldnt (bet you those fucks aint playing zerg now); so they changed it for release.. totally sucks balls :(

There are too many holes in this video to even consider it informative. The queen has full energy?? You are making no drones?

Useful video man, find myself often needin more overlords but 1 overlord per inject is a good way. And no more than 19 drones, nice!

Nineteen drones is a good number, but remember you'll need three more if you have another geyser. A better number to remember is 16 on minerals (two rows in the counter tab), or two per mineral patch +three per geyser. Also, more than this number will still increase your income, but two per mineral patch there are diminishing returns patch. I recommend stopping at 22 (two per min patch +three per gas) and making more in anticipation of your next expansion as it is building.

Can one larva inject without actually selecting and moving the camera to the queen? It's really not time efficient when have 2 expos and I have to control group every queen separately to double select then and inject larva. Can I do it 'off screen'?

@Hyardacil You can use the minimap but that takes longer than just having control groups. Really, it shouldnt be a problem even when you have 3 queens; group 1, lings, group 2, roaches, group 3, casters/air, group 4, casters/air, group 5, hatcheries, group 6-8, queens, group 9 scout overlords/drops, group 0, no real need that I can think of, althoug I do have this for my hatchery group instead of 5 since its out of the of my unit groups and I can just bind it to "w" for fast access.

Here's my advice zerg beginners (im gold): scouting...is essential...if you don't scout then you don't know when to make drones!!! this applies to the popular hatchery after 14/15 supply and then spawning pool to gas. e.g. if you see two barracks early, leave a zergling at ur ramp to know when he comes and pump out units, but never go crazy with the drone count either, or u have little larva. only pump when u know u aren't going to be attacked. this would apply to early game.

The problem with this practice is that you are assuming that the reason that zerg aren't spending their resources is simply because they are choosing not to. This is not why this occurs.

Inadequate spending can result from many things but the main reason is a lack of proper larvae management. Early aggression vs zerg is normal and screws the zerg into an army where they need drones. Armies take up supply, you can't get larva back. Add in supply blocks and it snowballs into unused resources.
