"if you're a normal person" ... haha!  I haven't met too many. Good lesson, simple and effective and ending with a good line. If yer f**kin' nutz, you can play with the snare, the toms, or even the high hat IMO... uhm ... if ya want ... but yeah, the foot pedal is the place to start.

@oBIGxREDo If its really fast like thrash metal it wont really work so well. But locking in with the drums is helpful when playing bass with any kind of music.
