yes- Did you read the book "Blue Thunder" ? I read that Ben Kramer is still serving a life sentence? Does anyone know where he is? Southern Illinois? Have you been to the factory?
nahh i did not but im a huge fan of cigarette my parents own the cigarette 42x..and yeah ive been to the factory in chicago and ive been to thunderboat row too..and yes your right ben kramer is in prison but im not sure where. Apache boats are also called MCMANUS boats and im pretty sure its run by Bob Saccenti..if my info is wrong please let me know
your correct- I think its funny that Old Benny tried to escpae and the choper fell out of the sky- that must have been crazy-- the 42X is really cool- I have only been in the 38 top gun and I have a very old 1988 cut down version of the flat deck 35 -- Bob does still have the old Apache- I have always wanted to ride in the 47" -- that is a huge boat- saw those at a race in Ocean CIty MD-
yeah i didnt know about the escape until a few weeks ago when i was looking further into ben kramer..we used to have a 36 apache warrior but we had alot of problems with it so we sold it and bought the 2009 cigarette 42x in may..we go the twin 1050 sci engines instead of the stock 700 sci engines with the swim platform, billet stereo, and the herring proppler upgrade...the thing flies and handles great in rough water
