Hi hi! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin lost tons of weight with it.
It is a very good cardio workout if you just run in the same place without gaining any ground. First just pretend you're just jogging. In about 10 seconds start going very fast by doing high knees for 10 seconds. Keep switching on and off for about 5 minutes. It is better to be done in a group and with somebody whistling every 10 seconds, but can still be done at home if you're mentally tough.
So how to do it at home? buy a cheap band and attach it to the table that holds the big flat screen? I think that will be fun, lol. but thanks seriously
home workout? this is same as a gym because... you got those things to use you workout at home or gym it is the same,,,, rather make a video about cardio without all those dumb stuff
i work at a health shop. and I'd say go hard as you can go for 30 secs. - 1 min..then rest for 45 secs. the repeat 4 times. do that every day if you can handle it
can you buy these resistance bands and attach them to things around the home? my biggest worry would be it snapping off and smacking me right in the stomach! :P
if the cable snaps you might run through the wall and leave a silhouette just like it happens in cartoon movies. Besides I think this exercise has a risk of hurting lomber spine area. I don't think it's worth having a herniated disc just for doing this kind of nonessential workouts.

Oh great, another moron that doesn't have a clue what they're talking about yet wants to feel important so they try and warn us all how "dangerous" this exercise is.
Well, he/she is right in a way. Some of these workouts really are unnecessary. It's more of a marketing ploy from diethealth. They have to keep pumping out the videos to keep up the subscribers. More subscribers = more people who visit their site.
You are supposed to use your legs to slow the speed you move back to the fixed point, instead of letting the band pull you back. You get resistance on the way forward and back.

This workout is absolutely amazing! You don't need a lot of space cause chances are you won't go too far if you're a beginner.

It can't be called "home" if pretty much no one has that contraption.
stinex13 2 years ago 17
Good point - however it can be done in doors and is inexpensive when compared to a treadmill or other indoor cardio equipment... right?

Alright Beautiful, don't let him talk you into a bigger band he's trying to launch you out the window.

don't go backwards to fast because that band will whip you back to the fixed point. Ouch.
