  • Loved her pants malfunction and her looking back smiling knowing that it was caught. Haha

  • Which aisle has the giant rubber bands at Wal-Mart?

  • not for home. reported

  • change the title... its not at home!

  • This workout is absolutely amazing! You don't need a lot of space cause chances are you won't go too far if you're a beginner.

  • Who has Bands at home?!?! No one!

  • thats the same question i asked myself....lmao

  • hardly anyone to no-one has a band thing at home :O one i know anyway!

  • soo dumb ! who has that band at home .. i know i'll just use my grans nickers lol

  • This is good, but how many people have this band thing in their house lol

  • I wouldn't dare doing that without a helmet...

  • this is a good technique, but unfortunatly..it wont work for just anyone.

  • It is a very good cardio workout if you just run in the same place without gaining any ground. First just pretend you're just jogging. In about 10 seconds start going very fast by doing high knees for 10 seconds. Keep switching on and off for about 5 minutes. It is better to be done in a group and with somebody whistling every 10 seconds, but can still be done at home if you're mentally tough.

  • So how to do it at home? buy a cheap band and attach it to the table that holds the big flat screen? I think that will be fun, lol. but thanks seriously

  • home workout? this is same as a gym because... you got those things to use you workout at home or gym it is the same,,,, rather make a video about cardio without all those dumb stuff

  • hahaha with my luck i could hurt my self

  • i have those shoes. cool

  • Wow! I see bad things happening with this esp. if you forget to stop. lol

  • find a suitable pant will you...hehe....anyway,nice idea of cardio!!

  • I currently do twenty five minute miles and I want to bring it down to six minute miles by the end of next month. How do I do that?

  • i work at a health shop. and I'd say go hard as you can go for 30 secs. - 1 min..then rest for 45 secs. the repeat 4 times. do that every day if you can handle it

  • oh kool! id love to try this out.!

  • how many cals do u burn?

  • It can't be called "home" if pretty much no one has that contraption.

  • Good point - however it can be done in doors and is inexpensive when compared to a treadmill or other indoor cardio equipment... right?

  • Alright Beautiful, don't let him talk you into a bigger band he's trying to launch you out the window.

  • can you buy these resistance bands and attach them to things around the home? my biggest worry would be it snapping off and smacking me right in the stomach! :P

  • This seems like a good workout but knowing me I would probably fall.

  • I would like to try that. But I probley would not because i had a band break on me couple of weeks ago and that shit hurt.

  • Ahhaha, I have the same shoes!

  • where can I buy monster bands?

  • 2nd

  • AAAAAH!

    GO RUNNING OUTSIDE!!!!

    DISTANCE

    or

    INTERVAL

    or

    BOTH!

Stuff like that is just pointless!

  • if the cable snaps you might run through the wall and leave a silhouette just like it happens in cartoon movies. Besides I think this exercise has a risk of hurting lomber spine area. I don't think it's worth having a herniated disc just for doing this kind of nonessential workouts.

  • Are you sure you are 32? You sound younger to me.

  • Actually I'm 14 jk.. I just felt like butting in lol I really am 14 tho

  • Well, he/she is right in a way. Some of these workouts really are unnecessary. It's more of a marketing ploy from diethealth. They have to keep pumping out the videos to keep up the subscribers. More subscribers = more people who visit their site.

  • Interesting..... Never did a cardio workout like that before.

  • i tried froward band sprints but not backwards band sprints.. i should try it though.

  • phat

  • don't go backwards to fast because that band will whip you back to the fixed point. Ouch.

  • You are supposed to use your legs to slow the speed you move back to the fixed point, instead of letting the band pull you back. You get resistance on the way forward and back.
