Submissive posturing is with the lips pulled back toward the ears and the ears lay flat against their head. The tail is lowered. She's most certainly not being mean unless there is more to this video than is being shown.

Some huskies tend to show their affecrion with smiling, you can tell the difference between a growl and a smile from their ears.
While growling the ears are laid down / back also their fur tends to stick up aroud their heads, and when "smiling" they point straight up, alse their eyes are full round.
of course hes smiling...haven't you tried to fake smile for the camera before lol. I don't think these Huskies or Malamutes really have a backbone in their body to bite us as humans anyhow for the most part. Pretty dog though.
