You guys do know this Is basically just someone doing animation on pieces of paper. This really doesn't have many hidden messages. This video is shown in ART classes. Because someone did this like Southpark was originally made( though slightly differently), on paper. I feel like this a metaphor for child abuse. You notice, when the others walk by, the balloon acts as a nice toy. However, when the others leave, the kid gets brutally assaulted. I think it was noble of the creators of this video to try to spread awareness. A child's well being could be in your hands if you just pay attention.
