Heh, I would feel compelled to take the $100 out of the envelope -- The guy then gets a larger percentage of the money involved. If the guy tries to avoid this, then something would likely seem off unless he is really that good -- though I don't know how he would end up convincing me not to open it, might just get an escape route and find the next dude. Looks like it takes like 5-10 minutes per person anyhow.
