    Well so does chicken with similar digestive processes. Chicken is acidifying and the body robs alkaline minerals from blood, teeth then bones to neutralize. The acidity from both chicken and soda kill beneficial bacterial flora to reduce absorption of nutrients in future meals too.

  • Chicken is not healthy food and is not biochemically compatible. And bovine cheese definately isn't...

  • pizza hut sucks i personally dont go out to eat cause most foods cook at fast food or whatever u go not good for u

  • i usually do 1 cheat meal a week. i got a pizza from pizza hut yesterday. i got only chicken, peppers, and mushrooms on it. which the chicken is much better than pepperoni

    IM so glad you told me what happens when you drink soda, I was starting to cut down on it, and than i started drinking it alot more, but yeah im done with that stuff, and ill only cheat every once in a while, but yeah im 13 and im 114 pounds and im trying to gain muscle and such, (im pretty ripped) but im trying to get tons of protien and thanks for the Chicken advice :) and steak,

  • Every time I diet I have the opposite problem. I don't eat enough. Then I get sick and end up worse then when I started.

  • eat when your hungry . PLANNING AHEAD HELPS IMMENSELY! prepare food night before and take it with you on the go!

  • Blue Cheese dressing, out.... Wendy's Chili, check.... grilled chicken, check. What about Mc D's Snack wrap, is the flower wrap too much, what about the sauce?

  • you know if your eating consistently healthy Id say the wrap shouldn't kill you. It has chicken in there right? some of the sauces are loaded with fat and sugars...haven't read up on the snack wrap...but you could use a fat free low fat dressing maybe or a dab of bbq....just be sensible you know! try not to stress too much.... I'm doing a grocery shopping video soon on what to buy..stay tuned!

  • nice video thanks for the tips even though I'm still skinny but I did go from 115 up 130 but people still think I'm 115 but I'm still worried about my weight I don't want to gain anymore weight dayum frustrated am I I don't want to eat wrong foods like stupid glazed doughnuts and stupid chips dumb things I refuse but sometimes I feel like to splurge on a soda I mean can I do that sometimes?

  • say you have 35 meals a week....5 of those meals you can cheat on and your body will just toss the garbage out...just be health consious and you'll never fail
