Its pretty simple. its only works with software which has Video Layer. Im using Adobe Premiere pro. just make the background layer blur and reduce the opacity...
My layers are as follows. Layer 1 - Black Matte, Layer 2 - White matte, layer 3 - Still photo..I cant figure out where and how to put in the blurred background. What layer do u put the background blurred still photo on?
