Madonna has said she frequented the Rubaiyat (a restaurant/dance club) in Ann Arbor while she went to University of Michigan in 1980. It was where she and friends went to dance. My mom worked there for 25 years and I walked past Angel Hall (where university dance classes were held) 3 times/week. So close to greatness but never knew.

I live near Tally Florida, and sadly I have not been to a Madonna concert. I have been a fan since 1985. When Madonna does come to Florida she goes to Miami, she never comes to Tally, or Tampa or Saint Peterburg she will probably retire in 10 years and I will never get to see her in concert so sad!
