  • If you're going for time, do intervals. Hit 20, rest 5-10 seconds, do 20, rest. rinse and repeat. That's for time, if you want endurance or muscle building go ahead and burn out.

  • @joeoneeye47 thats awesome. i dont do push ups id just saw this challenge on youtube and thought id try it. If i did 100 everyday I'm sure i will get better. I training for muscle mass atm not muscle endurance too.

  • @SeanCPT a kid in my gym class hes 13 and he did 200 in less time then u just saying sorry if u take it the wrong way

  • Not too bad, but I do at least 100 consecutive push-ups 5 days a week, with a maximum of 125, but I'm 64 years old. (I used to be a sprinter, but that was in the 60's) I'm pretty sure it only takes me about two minutes, or a bit less, to do the 100.
