Do not worry my friend. India's stance on the plebiscite is clear. Let the first condition set by the UNSC; namely evacuation of Pakistani regular and irregular forces from occupied Kashmir. As long as that doesnt happen, nothing else will happen. An independent Kashmir is another possible hotbed of terrorism. There could be a vast swathe of land from Afghanistan to Kashmir via Pakistan in terrible terrain that could become untenable. India is no Serbia for the US to pull off such tricks.
