  • As a student of Albers and teacher of his program for 50 years, I believe that this

    explanation suggests a curator who never took the Albers course. Compare this

    explanation with one I have done with on a vimeo video on Albers' postage stamp

    "Glow". I see no evidence of Color Interaction in Albers' "Aurora". The supporting

    evidence of irregular edges prompting this optical sensation is baseless.
