i have an 87, with a 305, comp cam, roller rockers, headers, high compression heads, flat top pistons, bored .30 over, weind aluminum intake and a 750 holley double pump carb. and its pushin about 430 to the rear wheels.. small block chevys have unlimited amount of horsepower range. GO CHEVYS!!!!!
That race i ran i think it was 16 something due to the carb not being adjusted right, but a couple weeks later i ran a 13.87 against my dude srt-8 magnum.

What do you have done to it i have an 86 and just put a 305 in it with heads.
