  • I visited this city while I was with my friends, and If I have to choose between Budapest, Prague, Vienna or Dresden - DRESDEN the BEST city of all!

  • I would do anything to go to Germany (well within reason). Dresden was one of the first places i would love to visit first, then maybe Hamburg, or Frankfurt. I love Germany, such a beautiful country. ^_^ Still have to learn German though. I've been practicing but i wish we had it in school. It would have been my favorite class and, there is no doubt i'd be "teachers pet". lol

  • We dropped more bombs on Germany and killed more people in that last year of the war than in all the previous years of war. You'll be pleased to know that we really kicked ass and left hardly a town , let alone a city standing. I wasn't told this at school - go visit the rebuilt lovely cities that we smashed up- we got revenge big time- clap and get over it, then look to what our government's up to today- we need all the friends we can get in the world!!

  • @unreconstructed23 To a pissy person like you....

  • @soranB55 yes we germans like to gas people!!! i do it in my sparetime in my garden. visit me and take a look at it. its fun!! maybe u wanna join in...

    How stupid are you?????

  • @tropicthunder332 Enjoy it boy. There are 3 million turks in Germany. Apply your chemicals on them. You don't need my presence.

  • @soranB55 idiot

  • @tropicthunder332 An idiot is still better than a german. You are nothing but a filthy minded good-for-nothing person. You told you have chemicals in your garden; use them on turks I said..What do oyu want me to say ? If you were a humanbeing you should at least showed feeling or sympathy for all these victimes who lost there lives because of you germans ( not you in person) but by those who represented you.

  • Hello anyone! I wish to go to Dresden. What are the ups and downs of the place?I see from photos it must be a beautiful city.

  • i live in dresden :D...

    dresden is much beautifuller ;)

  • Hallo die german leute! wie geht es dir?

  • Can’t watch it strait and calm, so beautiful… won’t to go. Thanks… see me soon in Dresden… I hope!

  • what a stupid video - when he starts talking about Leipzig the pictures of Meißen are shown and later when he stil talks about Leipzig Dresden is shown - so someone who doesn't know Saxony gets a completly wrong impression.

  • @fwbz

well maybe i'm wrong but in Leipzig ther is not as much historical architecture as Dresden. But all in all it is a beautiful city to. Tourist schould visit the Hauptbahnhof. It is the biggest Kopfbahnhof worldwide

  • @Ickerbocker What has this to do with showing a wrong picture? If he shows Meißen then he should talk about Meißen. - And Leipzig has at least as much historical architecture as Dresden - o.k. - it are not castles and it well looks not like Meißen, but Leipzig has huge Wilhelminian style areas and impressiv historical industrial buildings. And if you only want to show big monuments, the Völkerschlachtdenkmal would come to mind.

  • After 0:36: Looks like Leipzig(some people say, more beatiful than Dresden, cause wasnt destroyed in that way like Dresden was) , 1:12 then short scene of Meißen (origin centre of Saxony).

  • I'll be there this summer.

  • Dresden is very open despite the whole killing jews thing.

  • @chriskolinek cant you think of other things but killing jews?

  • Saxony's one of my favorite German Bundesländer.

  • "i'm sure you don't want to meet neo-nazis with an Iq below 60, right ?" ooh bitte..als ob in dresden nur neo-nazis leben würden & dass die reinste nazistadt wäre. ich leb hier seit 2 jahren & kann rein garnix schlechtes sagen, bis auf den marsch einmal im jahr & das gefällt nun wirklich fast gar keinem dresdner, wenn hier tausende von dumme menschen durch die gegend laufen. also echt....

  • @agt334 your mom sucks harder.

  • oh please, don't be insulting. Maybe it was my fault and i should correct it : Dresden itself - as a city - doesn't suck at all. It is a beautifull town. The people who live there suck. If your profile says the truth, you are from saudi-arabia - i'm sure you don't want to meet neo-nazis with an Iq below 60, right ?

  • @agt334 Really I know a lot people who lives in Dresden and all are very nice..... Do you have a good reason to think so?

  • I wanna visit there probably this summer i will it looks lik an Amazing place :]

  • The past is the past and it's done.

Today's Germans are to be congratulated for doing such a fine job of restoring Dresden's beauty. Bravo!

Now, if only they could be persuaded to do a similar restoration to some of their uglier postwar rebuilds like Magdeburg, Chemnitz. and yes even Nürnberg.

  • Well, the restoration of Dreden was a desaster for our state. Giant amounts of money were wasted - money which could have been used better.

  • I just got back from visiting Dresden and it brought me to tears. Such a beautiful city and such wonderful, friendly & hospitable people. A++ for Travelers! Highly Recommended!

  • Thanks for posting this. I haven't had a chance to travel yet in my life and it's nice to see what's going on in the rest of the world and how they go about it.

  • yeah ... and you killed 30´000 refugees - hero -

    ami go home

  • Back in your hole Redneck

  • you like to fuck guys in the shothole..Candaceinyourhole? i think you need councelling....dude!

  • Shut up you dump american

  • Like tha man said Germany has come a long way since world war 2.I know WW2 was bad time but Germany has a lot more to tell.

  • He possibly meant that they rebuilt all the destroyed buildings, but also there are no more nazis in Germany (except some neonazis)

  • @RavenHawk83 the generation of the world war is also part of our history...

  • stick to watching gay porn loser

  • That's right. The only city to be compared to Dresden is Prague (for her stunning beauty). But Dresden now is like a beautiful woman who has been mutilated and now ricovered with horrible plastic protesis.

  • i lived in dresden for a while. it was amazing. i still love that city. der schönste Stadt der Welt!

  • If we can rebuild the Frauenkirche in just 15 years, there is no excuse for the hideous modern "architecture" of to-day. We ought to have cities more beautiful still than those which came out of the Baroque period, with the means at our disposal.

God bless Germany, Dresden, Europe in general and all the rest! I love it all...love it! Thanks for the video.

  • But they are mixing images and commentaries on several saxon cities and you never know what they are talking about and what they are showing.

The images were at least from the cities of Dresden, Leipzig, Freiberg and Meißen

  • my name is dresden

  • Dresden is so beautiful...love it:) was born there

  • Thank you for posting, this is so cool!!
