I had the IPV for many years and I actually wound up switching back to the vest because I wound up getting a collapsed lung from it. I would advise to use the setting controls carefully and if you have any history of collapsed lung DO NOT CONTINUE WITH THIS DEVICE, PLEASE! It can cause lung bleeds, more collapses, and many other lung problems that ARE NOT WORTH THE RISK when you already have CF. I really hope you take this comment into consideration.
