@The92foxbody not usually. ive done a few different combos with those cams and never had a problem with them just check ptvv clearance and make sure you have stiff valve springs like the comp beehive valve springs, they are good for up to .600 lift i believe

lost a lot of performance running the e cam. should have went with an afm or a comp 282hr or comp 292h.
