At the Cell saga, after they all went into the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, they levels were around 125,000,000.Perfect Cells power level was around 150,000,000 before he powered. After he powered up, his power level was around 300,000,000. Super Saiyan 2 Gohan's power level was around 325,000,000. The only reason Gohan didn't kill Cell easier was because he got injured.
