Dude you guys are dumb the instinct is has a qwerty keyboard, and it is 3g and none of the devices are smart phones, smart phones are windows mobile devices also the video recoreding can be as long as the memory card not just 2 min get your facts right. as for the apps and free games there are a lot for the instinct and its endless posibilites. So no you guys are right plus instinct is less heavy than iphone and feels better than a brick.
