What choice did the red car had? He was clearly trying to stick onto the road but the blue car refused to turn around the corner. The red car did bump into him there but cant take the corner cause the blue car decided to go straight across the chicane. So, can't see why it would be the red car's fault.

But I know all that bumping from behind would have had other officials up in arms. It just happens in V8 Supercars and they go on. Awesome.

I stopped being a NASCAR fan in the late 1990's, right after FORD discontinued the MN12 Thunderbird. I want TRANS-AM BACK (the car, too)! That was the best American Auto Racing. We got the cars now and generations of prospective fans in waiting in the wings.

They are generally discounted by other more numerous and credible articles saying the next Falcon and Mustang WILL share the same platform, RWD, IRS, V8s, etc. Further, in the US, The Falcon's platform may underpin a new RWD (Finally) Lincoln sport luxury sedan. FORD is pretty fixed on the Taurus as is and Lincoln is undergoing a major overhaul.

nascar used to be cool back in say 2000 - 2005, but then the cars got ugly, the drivers got all preppy and the competition is lame in comparison to this, Indy, or jgtc.

The whole Chase thing is a cynical gimmick which ruins the season for me, why be great for 36 races when you can be average then great for the last 10? Also the drivers are whining little idiots with no maturity, the COT has ruined a lot of the racing, and even the tracks are becoming samey. Then we have the 'phantom caution' issue...nah. I've lost faith in NASCAR now.

In Nascar, it happen quit often that one car up front for a while and than being overtakes to be forgotten in the pack after the mid-race... Because it is an endurance test and some are racing slower than they could to save the car. Here, there is a consistent show.
