My attitutde I had when I was losing the fat was I would swear at the fat on my body for example: Fuck you belly fat you piece of monkey shit kiss my soon to be skinny ass I am gonna sweat you the hell of my body bitch! Then I would punish my body by doing hard runs on the treadmill.

Dude when your trying to lose the fat now you should be measuring your bodyfat percentage, that i smuch more accurate than weighing on scales.
