2. place ur hand down( i kinda naturaly learned this as i was practicin flare for a long time now)
3.coffee grind...now here's a tip! just as when you are about to swing ur right leg under the left leg, try to point your right foot's toes then hold the left leg near to ur body as long as you can! hahah
I need help with my flares, and windmills, or any spin moves. I freeze on my dominant side my right side. but when i attempt spin moves i go to my left? According to you i have to go the same way as my dominant side, and im having trouble getting into that. Can anyone or your help?
After 1 month of exercising your first exercise to get flare, I'm starting to feel way stronger on both of my arms and my legs and I'm able to swing with power. Thanks a lot. This is an underrated tutorial. It works really well and most bboys should exercise moves instead of just rushing to it. I finally got one ugly flare (when trying), but I'm still exercising until I can do a clean one.

@silvantmort123 flare is mostly muscle work.. if you can't hold yourself up,, you will need to practice until you can... flare is a complex move. very complex i should say. takes lots of practice to perfect and takes time to understand each step while in motion... Key is to be able to hold your body weight.
@AAO503 if flares were simple, would not have needed 20 min. to explain it. Probably, he knows the simple form (swing 1 leg, ect..) but he want know your detailed version, to get tips and secrets hidden on flares! :D
