My guess is that he gets redshirted then comes in as the starting QB and put Logan Thomas at backup. LT looks like another pocket passer like Glennon put if all these tight ends get proficient at blocking Chris Hall could come in as the next dual threat if he's running the 40 in 4.54.
Logan Thomas was his host. Logan was brought in as a TE but is now QB. Look at all the TEs in this year's class and think about if they need another TE, or another QB. This guy will get some time at QB, because he has more QB experience than Logan and Tech has more TEs than ever especially with Drager moving back to TE for his senior year.
Following behind Adam Morgan isn't a easy feat, but this kid OWNED it. He is a amazing athlete that will go far in the sport of football. I agree Tech not using him at quarterback is a waste, but Chris Hall will excel anywhere they put him. He's going to leave some big shoes for someone to fill for the Dinwiddie Generals.
Went to the Prince George/ Dinwiddie game last night because my daughter goes to PG. I've never in my life seen a HS kid who could throw a deep ball like this kid. I came home and looked him up and was stunned to see it's just his second year playing QB, and that he is going to go to Virginia Tech to play Tight End. What a waste. I hope after the great season he is having, he reconsiders before signing day.
this kid has a strong arm, looks like a natural athlete, he'll get a shot a quarterback but i think he'll play another position and shine! GO HOKIES!!
