I will start by congratulate you Axelrod for this amazing accomplishment! For 2 whole years, you shared a lot of often simple but really enjoyable compositions. You was a dominant figure and you inspired a lot of composers (me included).

Some people do have fun using dickspeed and soundfonts and doesn't feel that pressure you are talking about, but I agree that old-school composing is the best way to aim for fun and not for an accomplishment.

Congrats on 5,000 subscribers man! I'm crossing my fingers, almost at 50! Its nice to see that someone else is looking back on the old ways of MPC. I was about getting ready to give up, not being able to keep up with all the others being able to utilize dickspeed, soundfonts, and other ridiculiousness, but, maybe i"ll give it another shot to make something, simple.
