2:13 is an alt arm iso hybrid weave I think.

I use rice in my poi heads (120gms) and counterweight the handles with (40-ish gms)

Very nice stuff. You'd look 100X better if you had your arms nice and straight for long arm stuff, though. Detracts from the fluidity a little, I think.
