Hey if you want a real and easy method all you have to do is just north of where he is in the video or north north-west of whiterun there is a ruin kill all the bandits and find the dome shaped building from there head south to the giant/mammoth camp and get them to follow you to the dome building. Be careful about the giants they only get hung trying to get through the doorway. Mammoths can't get you in the building though.
Is there any method to kill one of those if you are a mage?
