Wow at 0:41 that looks like my neighbor's house. Do you know what street thats on?
I Just moved to fenton in the middle of June 2010, and we had this big storm in september. it knocked down some power lines, and trees that hit my house.
everytime we get storms i flip out. Seeing this video doesn't help lol.
i was so lucky to be in Florida when this happened. but my mom wasnt so lucky. i remember her calling me and my dad and she was like, There was a tornado!!" and when we got home, i was so sad to see that the landscape downtown was changed forever
We get F3, F4 and F5 tornados in Michigan. 9th deadliest tornado in USA history unfortunately occurred in 1954 in Flint, Mich. and it was also the last tornado to kill over 100 people. They are very frequent here but usually are from F0 to F2 with F3 and F4 being a little less common but still common and F5's every now and then. Widest may be up to 1/2 mile or so, not as wide as in the Great Plains but just as strong and deadly.
People in Michigan dont even know what a real tornado is, you in fenton were LUCKY! The damage was light. Watch the You Tube video - A Kansas Nightmare to see real tornado damage.
Any tornado is a nightmare. I dont think anyone that goes through a tornado is lucky in any regard. Damage is damage, fear is fear. Granted it could have been worse, still, those people went through alot. They still deserve the same amount of compassion as the rest of the tornado vicitims out there.
I've twice experienced downbursts of 80-90mph, once in the downburst and once just outside of one. The damage from the Fenton tornado is about the same shit I saw, big frickin' deal. And I don't have nightmares about the shit.
fenton got ripped apart from this that had to close roads going into it and if ur talknig about greensburg or whatever in ur other post than of course that was worse it was wiped off the face of the earth.the point is it was a tornado and it caused huge damage compared to what were used to so u can fuck off
I remember this. Was living near it when it happened to. Pretty scary.

That was a whole lifetime ago. Nothing like that has been experienced in recent times in Michigan. The Fenton tornado was weak.
