My 5 year old daughter calls this The Scary Butterfly CD, because she thinks the slow, moody guitar at the beginning of several songs sounds like horror movie music. She likes the album, though. It's a classic.
It used to be one of my favourite albums. And what did I do? I SOLD IT! - Can you believe that? Occasionally I 'meet' one or two songs from the album, and every time that happens I feel like shooting myself... I even got it on vinyl, for Christ sake...
so nostalgic...remember me my 10 years old,my 90's holiday, italian world cup,my ford scorpio,my grandpas that now are in the sky,my youth...when skies was blue...
i still love nothing to me and welt off the german album , had the pleasure of seeing these twice , where have the years gone ,times a cruel mistress
ohhh wtf!!!!!!!!!!! i thought the beatles nd the stones actully made a song together i thought i would get rick rollled but sadly i didnt. I mean come on the songs good but because i had such high expectations then this song just sounds crap!
To clear some things up for some people, this is a group called, "The House Of Love" performing a song called, "Beatles and The Stones." Interesting tune regardless!
bought the 7 inch single limited edition the cover unfolds out into a poster,,listening to this brings me back to when i played it alot n i was 17 yrs old..which was my recognition towards this track with the verse == look at me look at me proud of being 17....is a mile stone from the past.
Fragensteller56, can you upload Se Dest by The House of Love? Like a dimwit I've spent hours and hours and hours trying to do this with no success. Se Dest exists nowhere online!!!! There is not enough of The House of Love in this world.
This is a great melancholic song for me, but it is also sentimental to me too. The Beatles and The Stones were - out of four bands altogether - my first 'bands' that I ever liked. They inspired me musically (TB + TS), and that was back in 2005. I found out about this HOL song after I got into the two bands mentioned : )
seen these at the town and country club in London - supported by The Cranberries - great night

When I heard the first few notes and intro bit I got a bit excited thinking it was the Fabs and Stones.
But the song that comes is ok as songs go.
