Even if it doesn't burn, a certain amount of vapour will be released. This is so because the vapour pressure of materials rises with temperature, so there will be a higher amount of vapour when it's heated. Still much less than when burned though. Oh whatever, if you think of what you inhale from the air in one day, this is nothing to worry about..

@finalninjazeromaster this was not heated to burning point. The plastic was only heated to melting point. The chared black on the cd was only smoke from the candle wick. thank you for raising concerns.
